This really is a 5 Star company. Not only did they offer the best price but delivery was less than 24h and when I needed a VAT receipt they had it in my in box in seconds!

Superb service. Fast. Accurate. Boxes arrived wet, so really the carrier. Was a decent carrier too. I feel sorry PCbuyit lose a star through no fault of their own. But it's necessary.

New screen for a desktop PC.
I ordered a new screen for a desktop PC from PCBuyIT. My telephone query beforehand was answered politely and efficiently. The item arrived within the agreed timescale. The item was delivered in the maker's box. I was surprised that there was no further protection (i.e. no outer packaging or plastic was used). Nevertheless, both the item and its box were in good order with no sign of damage. The screen performs well up to expectation.
