Charges
Been with the company for 15 years and have never missed payments owed to them, that was before my bank blocked my business account. I resolved the issue with the bank and within 48 hours they received payment. They still however charged £95 for being late. No sympathy, no understanding and no reaching out to find out the situation to better understand what happened. So much for 15 years of loyalty. Will not renew my contract thats for sure and have told others who were thinking of joining this vile company to not bother.
