Payzone terminal not working.
Payzone terminal not working.. can’t accept payments all day… lost a lot of business and disappointed customers. Tried contacting customer service no answer. Internet works.. successfully connected to the internet… done a restart just the payment system won’t work.. I have lost so many sales all day

I am AMAZED at the positive reviews
I am AMAZED at the positive reviews. It seems there must be a problem where I live because the Payzone machines are broken more often than they are working (BS11 0JS). I have just spent over an hour walking around in the rain because I don't have a car trying to find somewhere the machine is NOT broken and have had to return home with NO gas in the middle of a freezing cold snap. It's insane. How can it be possible your machines are broken more often than they are working. Plus I am still waiting for an explanation of how services charges are deducted. Sometimes it's over £2. Usually it's one pound something. Once it took NINE pounds off my £10 top up. It's totally unpredictable!
