Doesn’t support e-commerce
Im doing e-commerce since 2020, have been making nearly $2M USD the past years. I applied in the end of October 2021 and they created my EUR account in February but still can’t accept online payment in France because of 70% of failed payment. Their account manager was supposed to do something so I could avoid these failed payment but he did nothing except false promises. I hired and paid around $15,000 a developer + Paid also $1500 to payxpert to get some help with the integration but finally their woocommerce integration code wasn’t working properly so my developper fixed it. What a shame. In may I asked to open an USD account to sell in the US market, we are the 22th September now and im still waiting at the moment. Their account manager says no more than « it is in process, wait. »
it's a pity that it is so knowing that I have many friends making 6,7,8 figures per year who are looking for a serious and competent partner.

The worst Payment Gateway have ever worked with...
After a year of work they suddenly closed my account for no reason and without giving me any notice. I will take action to sue and report them to: Banca Centrale Europea, Bank of Italy for their incorrect behaviour.
They also have a very bad informatics back-end system and do not have an Italian manager. Small company that when the chargebacks arrive they don't even notify you and take the money out of your account without knowing if the goods have been delivered or not. Unfortunately I do not can recommend this operator to avoid abandoned carts because nobody knows them.
Very important legal actions will follow to protect my interests as a merchant. From CEO Mr. FL
