Untrustworthy Service and Unresolved Issues
Extremely disappointing experience with Paymob.
I have completely lost trust in this company. The service has been poor, support has been unresponsive, and staff repeatedly made promises that were never fulfilled. Every time we raised concerns, we were given assurances, but no actual action was taken.
On top of that, we were charged fees that were never clearly explained or agreed upon beforehand. The lack of transparency regarding charges is unacceptable for a payment service provider.
As a business owner, I expect honesty, reliable support, and clear communication. Unfortunately, Paymob has failed in all three areas. Hidden charges, unresolved issues, and a lack of accountability have made this one of the worst service experiences I have had.
I would not recommend Paymob to any business looking for a trustworthy payment partner.
Very disappointed.
