⚠️ WARNING: Stay away from Payd Money (app.payd.money). They are holding onto my funds with no withdrawal possible.
I got paid through their app expecting a simple fintech service for sending/receiving. Instead, I’ve been stuck for over a month with:
Repeated withdrawal and send-to-M-Pesa failures (timeouts, bugs, error screens)
My balance suddenly showing $0 (previously ~$400–$500)
Endless promises from support: “fix coming today”, “update tomorrow”, “next week”, “migration issues” with none delivered
No response to emails, WhatsApp messages, or DMs
Here’s the exact message I sent them weeks ago (still unresolved):
“I sent a support message over a month ago due to challenges facing withdrawal issues. Since then, I cannot make withdrawals, my balance is wrong and the team promised to manually send the money to my mpesa to sort the issue out. That has never happened. It’s been over a month. Now I am beginning to believe I was scammed.”
Full chat history shows the same copy-paste apologies and delays since mid-April. They told me to email hi@ payd. money which I did. No reply ever since.
This is not a “startup bug” anymore. It looks like they are either completely broken or deliberately holding customer funds.
If you have money in Payd Money, try to withdraw it immediately if you can. If not, do not deposit anything or use the app to get paid for freelance work.

Its been 2 weeks plus since they…
Its been 2 weeks plus since they suspended withdraws claiming they are fixing their app. Its a scam app stay away as people are failing to make withdraws . Customer support doesnt even respond to their messages .

Can you guys work on your withdrawals
Can you guys work on your withdrawals, it don't make sense holding funds or preventing clients in the name of maintenance, money stuck and clients where I was sending money on my neck, they can't withdraw their available balance
