We had an amazing carer (Nana) for my 91-year-old mother. Nana stepped in at the last minute to cover for a colleague. Nana is thoughtful, patient and sensible. Many thanks to her for her work with my mother and to PWs for organising her placement.

My Dad needed waking night care as he has Parkinson's. Patricia White's provided two amazing carers, Tackler and Sandra who worked on a rota caring for Dad. Both Tackler and Sandra were kind, caring, professional and attentive to Dad's needs but also were so caring with my Mum, looking out for her, helping round the house, and offering companionship. Dad couldn't have been better looked after by them both. It has been a tremendously difficult time but Tackler and Sandra eased the pain for all of us and gave us peace of mind. Thank you to the PW's team and Tackler and Sandra for your outstanding care.

Our experience with Patricia White's has been extremely positive over the last few weeks, the carers have been great, and Gemma in particular has been hugely helpful on the customer service side.

Patricia Whites have been amazing and we’ve had consistently excellent experiences with both the office team but more importantly the carers. Most recently, Bonnie joined us and she has been absolutely wonderful — warm, engaging, and incredibly thoughtful in her approach. Her rapport with Lily is lovely, full of laughter and calm reassurance, even during moments of anxiety.

The office team, are always responsive, very professional, and genuinely caring. They go the extra mile to ensure continuity and quality of care. It’s clear they take great pride in matching the right carers to each individual’s needs.

Also, I’d like to take a moment to personally thank Angela. She’s been our main carer and has been absolutely wonderful throughout. Her calm nature and consistency have made such a difference to Lily’s wellbeing, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything she does.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Patricia White’s to anyone looking for compassionate and reliable home care. Thank you for everything!

I have worked for Patricia Whites care agency for the past 7 years. I have found them to be helpful, and very considerate of thier clients needs. Avril, Gemma and Heena are wonderful.
The carers I have met, are all well advised and helpfull

Gemma has been incredibly helpful at providing two absolutely brilliant carers at very short notice. Both the ladies (Jeniffer and Mihaela) who are looking after my father are efficient, compassionate and kind. I will certainly be using them again in the future if necessary and have recommended Patricia White's to other friends.

Warm, friendly and true professionals, probably the best care agency to work for. Regular meet-ups with staff and other care professionals help to support all those that work in or for the agency.

I have worked with many care agencies and the only time I met staff members and colleagues was during the mandatory training and that was that .The meet-up fostered a stronger sense of unity and morale ,reminding all staff of the important role we play as carers in enhancing the lives of those we care for.We were provided the space for open dialogue,recognition and continuous learning,such gatherings contribute directly to improving the quality of care we provide .

As a live in carer through Patricia White's, I am truly impressed. The phone is always answered, for clients and carers alike, and the consultants are friendly, helpful and efficient. The company genuinely cares and organises regular "meetups" so we can speak to the staff in person and get to know them and the other carers.

It's a wonderful matching agency - reliable, competent and fun to work wit. I am a self employed carer and have been with PW for over 4 years. Their rates are reasonable - for both: clients and carers. They are always ready to help but also could step back if a client prefers so.
I totally recommend Patricia White!

I do not recommend. Admin staff are so medicalised and treat customers with so much contempt. They employ people who have a tendency to bully and criticise you as opposed to treating you as a human being.

Service from Patricia White's has been exceptional. We have a carer in place who really fits our family, and the approach has been so personalised whilst also being completely professional. Vanessa - our carer - really understood exactly what was needed, and has been able to provide the most wonderfully responsive, relational companionship. Meanwhile Gemma on the agency side absolutely got that we needed extra input at the beginning to make the placement work, and gave it without a second thought - she has been so understanding of the foibles and individualities of people as they get older, and so very kind throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend - and that is really not something I would often feel able to do in this field.

A highly professional and attentive service. We have been particularly impressed by the speed of response in providing a carer at short notice when needed. The carers have always been of a high standard and clearly committed to providing the best care for our elderly relative who has multiple needs.

We had Simone Elie to cover our full time live- in carer holiday time. It’s always hard when you have a new person stepping in for a week or so. Simone has a very kind personality and cares about her job and the family she looks after. My aunt and uncle both liked her from the moment she walked into their home. Her experience, knowledge to look after dementia patient is valuable. She is able to defuse the situation before it can escalate to stressful experience for a patient. She takes initiative and gets on with her task in the way that allows my aunt and uncle to relax. We highly recommend her as career. PW have been amazing finding a right person for us to cover various situations.

Patricia White were extremely efficient finding a carer, Miranda, when my wife came out of hospital. Miranda was wonderful with a lovely, sunny personality.

As my wife's health declined, the two carers you sent us, Maggie Korwal and Joyce Price, were wonderful help and support. I could not have coped without them and my wife was very fond of both of them. They helped me get through a very difficult period for me and my family. I certainly recommend Patricia White's.

Patricia White's has been supplying carers to me and another family member for several years. The principal carer at present is Sophie Bephage who is truly outstanding. Patricia White's also supply two relief carers when needed, and they're also very good.

I really love working for Patricia White's. I have met so many lovely people and families and places. And it makes me feel like I have done something worthwhile through helping people with sensitivity when they are feeling vulnerable, and their families are likely to worry about who they let into their parents' homes too. But they needn't worry too much as Gemma, Avril and Heena seem to have psychic intuition sometimes in how they match me with placements. I've been working in Care for agencies for over 20 years now and the agencies would often feel like they were in chaos as it can be extremely challenging facilitating Care. Patricia White's seems to be mastering the art. I hope the lovely ladies in the office stay forever.

May I say that, as a sometimes being a difficult customer I cannot recommend Cecile enough. She has been a pleasure to have to stay : genuinely caring and most helpful, proactive and doing work before being asked, fun to be and chat with, a good cook with presentation skills, listening to your requests but with initiative.And also great IT skills! A real hit and I was sorry to see her go. I hope there will be other occasions to see her coming back here.

We could not have been happier with our dealings with Patricia Whites. We needed next day help for my 86 year old Mother and they found THE most perfect carer who turned up and got stuck in straightaway. My Mother sounds like a new person after just 1 visit.
