The balloon bouquet was great and I was happy to see they weren't deflated or anything when they arrived!
Delivery was guaranteed for a certain date but did not arrive until 9pm on the day.

I was very excited to order two balloons in a box as my best friend had a baby and due to the current conditions cannot physically see each other. I ordered and paid for next day delivery. One week later I had to ask my friend if she had received the balloons and turns out she did not. I emailed and asked and 24 hours later they said the balloons had been returned as I had left a digit out of the post code. Royal Mail apparently send the packages back and no one had contacted to say any different. For me I understand I made the original error but had this company provided me correctly with the tracking number I could have intervened. Similarly they could have the courtesy to inform me and I could arrange an alternative gift for my friend and her new born baby. I didn’t expect a complete refund but a gesture would have gone a long way. I have made mistakes before with orders but it has never cost me £35 and no product to show for it. Never again will I order from this company. I will also note as someone who works in the sales and service industry I find it unacceptable that a company can email me back and forth and never use their name, I even asked but they ignored. People are more receptive and understanding if you make it more personal.

For the quality of the balloon and detail it really isn’t worth the price you pay! Was very embarrassed to see my friends had sent me a picture of the balloon and half the writing was scratched off! Was very disappointed!

I ordered a personalised balloon for my son's 21st birthday. It was lovely. Also, the service was great. Arrived on time and had frequent updates along the way. Thank you.

DO NOT USE. Paid just under £10 for “guaranteed” delivery with DPD but item did not arrive on specified day. With this being a birthday it is now past the day so unfortunately no balloons arrived for the occasion. Two days later heard nothing. Currently trying to get a refund but not able to speak on phone at all as contact centre not in operation. Do not use this company.

Extremely disappointing - paid £9.95 for delivery on a specific day for a 30th birthday and it turned up two days early!!
Furthermore, when I contacted this company to register my dissatisfaction, their attitude to customer service was dismissive and arrogant.
Utterly appalling.

BE AWARE . I paid 9.95 for guaranteed delivery. The balloon arrived 1 day late and deflated. I have emailed 3 times but no response from party save and smile.

Quick delivery, items nice quality and what I expected. My only criticism was that 1 item wasn't delivered and there was no communication about it. The only reason I knew something wasn't going to be delivered was due to receiving a part-refund before the items were despatched but I had no idea what wasn't going to arrive. There also didn't seem to be any note re. missing item in the box/on despatch note. Other than that, it was really good and I would order again. My daughter loved her "lockdown" cat-themed birthday :) thank you.
