I ordered a balloon for my mum's anniversary and to have it delivered for the sunday the option I was given for postage to arrive in time was royal mail 24hr tracked delivery, funnily enough on the day it was supposed to be delivered it was still sitting in a warehouse in the midlands. On contacting them (which is no good over the weekend because they are not manned) I got no response until the Monday by then it was too late as the day had already passed. I then got the excuse that it was down to royal mail. I certainly won't use this company again and it's certainly overpriced too

The balloons I ordered for my mum’s 90th, arrived on time and she was delighted with them. I ordered a bunch of three in rose gold.
Would recommend this company.

Ordered golden wedding serviettes. They were described as 3 ply. They were not 3 ply, in fact I have never seen such a thin serviette. I showed 1 to the manager of a local hotel, he agreed with me. This company was most unhelpful when I complained, I would not use them again.

Absolutely awful for what they charge ! I ordered a Father’s Day balloon of which cost me £11.95 on its own but had to pay a further £10 ( £5 personalisation on each side) then £12.95 for specific delivery date ( which I can understand ) in total I paid £34.90 for one medium sized balloon !!!! Absolute rip off i could of got a fancy bigger ballon for that money with better quality plus personalisation, I really would advise anyone not to order from this company plus there reviews speaks for itself !!!

Ordered balloon for friends birthday. Paid £7.95 delivery so it would get there on the right day. It didn’t turn up. Tried contacted them, but no response over weekend. It was found three days later in a shed at the back of the house. Eventually the company got in touch with me about a week later to say that it had been delivered the day after it was supposed to have been. I said I wasn’t happy paying £7.95 for named day delivery when it hadn’t been delivered that day, but they just ignored me.

EDIT: I see the response below, but every part of my review is accurate. I paid £7.95 for delivery on 27 May. It was delivered 28 May. Albeit we couldn’t find it. The first generic message I received in response was 1 June. Second response with the details was 3 June.

Received delivery of balloons on time for my daughters birthday but so disappointed as the balloon I paid extra money for with her name on it was more or less flat so had too take it off the rest of the balloons. So annoyed as it was her 21st birthday. Will not order again.

Misleading description. I ordered a balloon in a box for my niece’s 16th. I was expecting a balloon in a decorative box as per all the photos on the website. Instead the balloon is sent in a plain white delivery box covered with labels pretty much telling the receiver what’s inside! No element of surprise at all for the receiver. No weight included in the box, the balloon is stuck to the floor of the box with cello tape. So basically for £14.99 your just getting a helium balloon. I could have purchased this balloon locally for a fraction of the cost. So very disappointing. Will not be recommending this company or using them again.

Ordered a Rainbow Confetti Dots 80th Birthday Balloon Filled Bubble Balloon in a Box for my nans birthday and she absolutely loved it. She was so pleased to see it had been personalised as well.
It arrived on time and was extremely well packaged so that when she opened the box it wouldn’t be damaged.
Very happy with this service and would definitely recommend and order again from here.

I found this company when looking online for a balloon bouquet. My order came well packaged in a big box from Royal Mail. The checkout process was great and the email updates were perfect as it was for a birthday in lockdown.

The celebratory 70th Birthday pack of banners & balloons was exactly as described. Unlike some I have purchased in the past, the banners are pre-threaded with ribbon and ready to hang - big time saver! All in all, excellent value for money.

After paying the extra delivery for a courier to ensure the balloons arrived on the correct day (company state they deliver Mon - Fri) they delivered them 2 days early for my daughters 30th birthday. Very disappointing. I emailed them to complain and they showed now interest and tried to tell me that my order had been upgraded like they were doing me a favour. No offer of compensation for courier and no apology. Would not use them again. Very unhappy customer.
