Customer service was great
Customer service was great. Helped loads to get the parts into the cart to order.
DPD delivery though - 2 days had emails saying that they had missed us. Shame the delivery company sheds such a bad light on this service. We were at home both days, not even attempted to know on the door (and there is 7 living at the address!)
Would order again from this supplier, but won’t hold my breath to actually receive them.

Bush oven fan motor
We had trouble finding a part that was compatible for our 5 year old oven, found it on partsplace.com, with detailed listings making the experience easy. The price was reasonable, it came 2 working days after we ordered it, delivery was efficient and trackable. The part was fitted the same day and works perfectly! Would 100% recommend this company. We will use them again should we need parts for any of our appliances.

Premature request to review service
Not sure why I have been asked for my opinion on Parts Place, when I am still waiting for my order. So I can only assume they think they have delivered when they have not. Since they have now prompted me on this situation I will now phone them on Monday and complain.

I can see your order has shipped from our warehouse last week with your selected courier Royal Mail, unfortunately due to the current situation with COVID many more people are now ordering goods online which is putting a strain on the seasonal delivery service and estimated timings in some areas of the UK are now between 7-10 days. We do also offer a next day delivery via DPD on our website.
