I purchased a Pearl necklace I saw online. It’s e ven more beautiful in real life. The photos really don’t do it justice. I’m very happy to own this beautiful piece. Super quick delivery and really lovely packaging I didn’t want to ruin it by unwrapping it. Can’t wait to buy more pieces.

My wife wanted some antique earrings to celebrate her 70th birthday.
Not being an authority on the subject (that’s an understatement)😁 I asked her to find some and I would buy them for her.
She found some Edwardian droplink earrings that were exactly what she was looking for on the Parkin and Gerrish website. I duly rang Zuleika to discuss purchasing them.
From the very start of the conversation Zuleika’s professionalism and friendly manner shone through as did her obvious love for this type of jewellery.
I purchased the earrings and asked that they be delivered to my sons house in Berkshire.
Before 9-30am the following day my daughter rang me to say that they had arrived and that they were beautiful.
My wife is overjoyed with them.

Amazing product and customer service! Placed an order on Sunday and Zuleika emailed back already later that evening to confirm if the ring needed resizing or not or if I needed anything else! Never had an email this promptly and also on a weekend. The ring arrived extremely well packaged and was as beautiful as described, with a nice thank you note, confirmation of sale and free ring sizer and polishing cloth included! However I had measured my finger wrong and it was slightly too big. No worries again, Zuleika replied again on the same day I emailed with an address for their jeweller to get it resized. Would definitely buy from again and recommend without reservations.
