We have always booked with park2 travel…
We have always booked with park2 travel and have often recommended this to friends .The location , staff and regular buses kept us coming back .
At Easter I booked Leeds parking instead of east midlands . ( Now I know it’s my mistake , but I wanted to see if there was any way this could be honoured for the next time we booked, being loyal customers .) As soon as I realised I looked at contact options and emailed explaining my mistake . The reply stated they had received my email but were very busy , the email stated to wait patiently , as sending another email would push my query back to the bottom of the list .. Still waiting ..
