SCAMMED A CANCER PATIENT!

Ref - P2G125519017/3431274 - Paid for a parcel with insurance of £300 (item was sold for £309) the parcel was delivered but was damaged in transit. It was that badly damaged that there was large holes in the product! Even though 'FRAGILE' tape was used when packaging it up and very clear all over the box!
The item then became unusable and unsafe! Parcels2go demanded everything from proof of the value, the transaction, price paid, the refund, a video of the product, invoices of the repair cost etc etc etc. The repair cost alone was well over £125! Their customer care is appalling and their 'claims team' useless. They make you run around in circles constantly asking for more information - even when you have given it to them already. They ask you to 'negotiate' with them via email - all of which are ignored... We PAID for this item to be insured and after waiting nearly 2 months for a resolution (after refunding the customer £309) they offered us £57 plus the cost of postage!!! After paying £20+ for the item to be insured! Currently battling Bowel and Liver cancer, I begrudgingly accepted as I am now going through a 3rd operation (right now I am in Wigan hospital!) and could not be bothered dealing with them any further. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY - THEY DO NOT CARE AND ARE SCAMMERS - GO DIRECT TO THE COURIER! We have now found it easier to just deal direct and cut the rubbish that is 'parcel2go' out! Should really give 0 stars - do not use these people!

Took my money gave me a collection…

Took my money gave me a collection date. Had my parcel ready to go and said I would check if they would narrow the time down a little from 9-5.30pm. When I went to the online chat I was told my collection had to be cancelled as there was no driver to collect it and my refund would be 5-7 days. What an absolute joke! They should not have allowed me to process this order and take my money. DONT USE THEM !!

Not a reliable company in my opinion.

I paid for return of a machine from UK since January and I was told it'll be delivered within 2-8weeks.
I kept following up after 2 weeks and the agents kept reassuring me that my package is on the way and would be delivered to me, only for them to tell me after 8 weeks that my package is lost and that's it.
They said because I didn't pay for insurance that there's nothing that can be done.
I've been following up since then because I find it ridiculous that you'll misplace an equipment placed in your care and tell me it's lost and it's my fault for not paying insurance.
I believe the company shouldn't be in business if they can't guarantee the security of any package placed in their care.

It's been 5 months now and I've still not received my package. I really regret using this company.

Paid for collection of a parcel to be collected

Paid for collection of a parcel to be picked up on the 29th April………. Now the 7th May and nothing. Labels printed and when tracking on their system it says “item could not be delivered as reception was closed” what a joke! Pickup was from a house. Total cost was over €50.00, no email no contact number nothing

Warning if you book DPD.ie online these are the people you get!

They don’t communicate with the real DPD and they take no responsibility for it.

Two failed collections.

Phone calls. Emails. Web chat. Hours wasted. And a trip to the post office after all of it because when someone tells you twice they will collect and does not. Would you believe them?

Worst part of all is their. Oh we’re not that DPD. They are not authorised to rebook a DPD parcel. Holy smokes!!

How have DPD licensed their brand to these guys with no proper procedures or communication- let alone common sense- in evidence.

If you choose to use. Best of luck to you!

Parcel lost... good luck with

Parcel lost by DPD. Now I'm being kicked like a ball on a football field between DPD and Parcel2go for over a month. Over 16 separate interactions over chat, email and phone and no luck. 4 time they asked me to fill in the same information to "open an investigation". Parcel was sent on August 1st. It's October 19! I would have delivered it on foot and back.

THEY ARE THE WORST

This is the worst company I ever had to deal with.TOTAL SCAM. NEVER SEND A PARCEL WITH THEM. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
First of all they forgot to pick up my parcel during the arranged date, and they came to pick it up only the next day but to arrange a new pick up I have to contact them 3 times during the afternoon, then the parcel was shipped on delay, , once picked up they told me days after that the address was wrong and they have sent to Ireland again WITHOUT MY CONSENSE After a month, even though my numerous ( six) attempts to try and stop it and make it deliver to my address in Italy. They have left it to my ex landlady in Ireland  above the rain causing so much struggle during the procedure and they ruin the parcel ( which contained a precious monitor), but the worst part of it is that I was never able to talk to a real person who actually tried to solve the issue , the only message was stupid replies saying they were Sorry but nothing was done to solve the problem and ship it to my address in Italy  and I wrote to the assistance 8 times.  They just told me to pay again. Do not ever send anything with them it's a total scam.

TOTAL SCAM!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

This "company" should not be allowed to operate. They are a total scam.

I purchased the service and the parcel was meant to be picked up the following day. Nobody showed up so I contacted them (1st Time). They rearranged the pickup WITHOUT cancelling the first one, hence now there were 2 tracking numbers and I kept receiving messages telling that they were trying to pick up the parcel (while they already had it).

Meanwhile the parcel was travelling to Italy and I was hopeful I was gonna receive it soon. How naive I was!

In fact, in the following days, it was said on the tracking service that “parcel could not be delivered as further address information were missing” (mind you, It was always correct and I had provided every detail in full since the beginning!). So I contacted Customer Service (2nd Time) to try to prevent any problem, since I did not receive any email or message or (FUNCTIONAL) call (they call you with fake temporary generated numbers from which nobody speaks from the other side, it's almost creepy, and when you call back it says that these numbers do not exist, since they are temporary) to bring this to my attention, and had I not checked the Parcel on their website via the Tracking option, I would have never been informed by them of the problem!

They just asked me to confirm address, which I did.

After a few days, I contacted them again (3rd Time) (forgot to mention, at the end of every chat I always selected the “email me a transcript of the chat” option, since I wanted proof of the conversations, but it never arrived to my email address, and it 100% was not a misspell on my part), since I wanted to understand why nothing had been done yet, and, after changing the operator I was speaking to 4 times, since they were ending their shift (which is fine and all, but 4 times in a row in the span of 10 minutes?) they asked me to confirm the address (AGAIN) which I did.

On Aug 29th, the worst and most frustrating thing happened.

I received an email saying that order P2G1... was out for delivery, which was finally nice to hear, but at the same time, I received another email that said that the other Order P2G2... was BEING RETURNED BACK TO THE SENDER! WHAT THE ACTUAL F---?!

I immediately had to contact customer service (4th Time, again, no signs of transcript) and I IMMEDIATELY TOLD THEM TO STOP THE RETURN PROCESS for that order, since I NEVER AGREED UPON NOR I WAS NEVER INFORMED ABOUT THAT BEFORE

At first, the operator said it could not been stopped. I argued with a lot since it is NOT ACCEPTABLE BY ANY MEANS! A procedure must be made by a company to help customers and simplify the work simultaneously, and not to justify work avoidance, shady practices and missing goodwill in spite of the customer not receiving what he paid for! This is in no way acceptable and legal action should be pursued for that!

After arguing, the operator told me he was going to contact the next parcel center to instruct them to stop the return process. At this point I simply think he was making a false promise just to end the conversation there, just to make the customer feel happy and validated so that they close the chat and mark your case as “resolved” while doing nothing. (nice behaviour, by the way).

In fact, a few days later, since the parcel was still travelling back to Ireland (and the first P2G1.. had not been delivered, either) I contacted customer service again (5th Time) to ask yet the same thing, stop the return process for P2G2... the one currently going back to Ireland. This time the person thankfully did not mention anything about being unable to stop the return process, but instead told me she was sorry multiple times and told me that she was going to contact the next parcel center to stop the return process (at this point, definitely a false promise) . She also asked more info on the other order, the one in pending delivery. she asked me to confirm my address (which at this point I did 3 times already) which I did.

At that point, I received few days later (Sept 5th), another email on which I was asked (this part is both so cringe yet so funny) for an IRISH PHONE NUMBER! “As the courier cannot get in touch with your customer using this number” ...Like, are we serious? The customer (myself) is BASED IN ITALY!! Why the hell should they have or are supposed to have a freaking IRISH PHONE NUMBER!?! In Italy?!

I kept going back and forth via email trying to talk some sense out of them and to receive my parcels, and NOT ONLY they now returned both the parcels to ireland without our consent after just 7 days of failed delivery for mistakes made by them, they also refuse to ship them back to Italy and take remediation action.

Also they left it outside the irish address they returned it to, under the rain, faking a signature (nobody was home and the landlord found it the day after all wet)

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

Always use parcel2go

Always use parcel2go as it works out the best option/cheapest courier
refunds are quick if you need them
and also like my experience with them today i had to get a refund got it back to my account but unfortunelly cant use prepay and credit card at same time so two lovely ladies called Faye and Emily work together to credit my account just enough to cover the small amount i needed to cover the new delivery cost

Hopeless !

Paid 75€ for 3 day international delivery ,after 5 days the parcel still hasn`t been collected , but they did offer a 9€ refund ! never use them.

Terrible service

Terrible service, booked Thursday 20th for collection on Friday 21st. Contacted Parcel2Go Friday afternoon as no sign of courier and was assured they would collect... Of course they did not (It was booked with FedEx) . Contacted Parcel2Go again yesterday Monday 24.07.23, rebooked to collect today 25.07.23, again NO SHOW! Contacted P2G again this evening to get same stock answers.. Requested to book with another courier and was told would have to pay €75 more.. Cancelled my order and now have to wait 5-7 days for refund .. DON'T GO WITH THEM UNLESS YOU ENJOY TORMENTING YOURSELF!

Total disaster

Total disaster,booked and paid for parcel ,got confirmation and was told to print label but there was error with label and couldn’t download or print? Just message to contact customer service which doesn’t exist.local DPD depot didn’t even want to hear about it without label even with booking number. I will NEVER use this service again paid more to AnPost but hassle free!

This company is not worthy of one star

This company is not worthy of one star. Such a shame I never checked trust pilot before I used their 'service'. Parcel booked on their 'system' last Friday for collection on Monday. Even paid extra for guaranteed delivery by certain date to UAE. It is now Wednesday - over two days waiting for collection. My tracking number has even disappeared of there system now. Zero cusitomer service.... no respond from messages/emails/tweets... no phone number to call. Please AVOID at all costs!

Shocking service

Shocking service. I sent my parcel worth 320 euro to the u.k. it was lost in transit. I made a claim and the offer they gave me was 50euro for the parcel and the delivery fee I payed. Absolutely terrible.

I was then Informed by there reply below that they contacted me but they didn't. Neither by email or phone

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. Booked a package for delivery for Monday. Nobody called Monday or Tuesday. Can't login as website keeps crashing so can't see what's happening or cancel collection . Very disappointing. Waiting around for 2 days straight for a courier that never showed.

I wish I had read reviews before using…

I wish I had read reviews before using this service(if you could call it a service)!! I returned items before Christmas to retailer as they didn't fit. I was advised that delivery would be made by 30/12/22. Despite 2 emails to parcel2go, I had no communication from them. My parcel landed back on my doorstep. I was told my courier that invoice should have been outside of parcel so that it could be seen duty paid. When I contacted parcel2go I was informed that I should not have used this service as it was neither a gift or sold item.This is not indicated anywhere on their website. They refused to redeliver it free of charge. It is not a company I would recommend or ever use again and I will advise my colleagues of same. Terrible and unhelpful customer service.

During the order booking process, customers are asked to confirm their reason for export. When you select DPD, you only have two options sold or gift. The return was processed, as the recipient failed to pay the custom charges. This was due to the fact the reason selected was sold. We have contacted the courier for the return tracking, and you will be emailed once we have this.
