We recently ordered sweets for home deliver.

Sweet is nice . Packing also very good . Their Behaviour also very nice and helpful. But delivery service is very bad . I was pay for Saturday delivery but I was received in Monday and they didn’t deliver in my home I will collect from post office very sad . I was charged high for one day after delivery but I got cheaper price delivery bad service .

Miserable delivery. Would like to resonate what gentleman had said before , they nowhere mentioned that if you order on Thurs/ Friday , u will get it next week on Tuesday.
2 choose DPD which is a horrible service, has no respect for people 's package and highly unprofessional. Didn't deliver package on 2 successive occasion and didn't let me collect my parcel from depot either.
3. Panji sweets didn't reply to mail, raise no official complaint with DPD and said will call back but didn't call back.
4. My first package is gone as it didn't survive due to nature of sweets. Second parcel gone too as I m leaving for another city for 4 days and haven't received my parcel yet.
5. U can sit and eat there but I think it's not worth the hassel to get it delivered.
6. Absolutely ruined the festivities.

From order to delivery was an exceptional service! Very prompt with orders and delivery. Went above and beyond for my order requirement. The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly packed!

1. While ordering sweets, I was given only two options - a) mainand UK b)The isles
Nowhere in the payment/delivery info the delivery date was mentioned. I ordered from Panji sweets a couple of times previously and it arrived in 2 days. This time it took 5 days with not indication of this on the payment/delivery page. I do not care if it is mentioned somewhere else on the website - that does not help.
This was for a very special event and it gave me a lot of stress when I came to know about this delay.

2. When I contacted Panji sweets about this delay, they said that if you orders on Thursday, the order will arrive by mail on Tuesday. Where is this information on the delivery/payment page and if it is then why it is not clear? The order was not sped up even after me telling that this was for an important event. Instead I was told that 'everything' is mentioned on the website and I should have read the information properly. On trying to call again the call was disconnected hastily because Panji sweets was busy.

3. There was a delay from dpd too. The dpd driver said that he missed us even though we were waiting outside the property keenly waiting for the arrival of the dpd van. When I contacted Panji sweets about it the call was again disconnected in the middle of the conversation.

Not quite what I expected, but then I wasn't sure what to expect. Not my cup of tea, I'm afraid. But, my friend absolutely loved them and wandered home with a generous box of sweeties.

Ordered ghevar and it was as good as made in India

Out of 3 items I ordered, 2 were spoiled- Rasgulla and Gulabjamun. Order was delivered too late, in 7 days. I ordered on 28th August and sweets delivered on 3 September.

Spent extra money for two day delivery but arrived 2 days late. In addition, no response from them with an email.

Yum ! A Rakhi gift that was much appreciated and enjoyed.

Jalebi was good but packaging had problems causing sticky syrup to leak. I had quite a job cleaning up .

Order and delivery were on-time. All items were good except dhokla. It was stale and we had to throw away in the garbage.
Usually the quality is excellent.

beautifull sweets - top marks

I bought meetha paan. Well packed but unfortunately the betel leaf was very soggy and there was excessive sweetness this time around - it was not fresh. I am a returning customer and I have had much better and fresher ones from Paanji in the past.
