I had a very disappointing experience with NRI Invest India and Pancardnri . Initially, before taking payment, their team was extremely responsive. We were contacted by Prachi Gupta and we were clearly told that after payment they would review our documents, verify everything, submit the application on our behalf, continuously track the status, and keep us updated throughout the process.

Based on these assurances, we paid the required fees and promptly submitted all the requested documents. However, after receiving payment, the communication changed completely. Despite multiple emails, messages, and phone calls, we have received little to no response. There has been no proactive update, no confirmation of progress, and no support matching what was promised before payment.

As customers, we expected professionalism and transparency, but instead we have been left chasing for basic responses. The sudden lack of communication after taking payment is very concerning and has caused us significant stress and frustration.
I strongly advise anyone considering using NRI Invest or pancardnri India to do thorough research, read reviews carefully, and ensure they are comfortable with the level of customer support they may receive. My experience has been that the service and responsiveness promised before payment were not maintained afterward.

SCAM. They won't return your money once you feel that their service is shady. They won't respond to email and won't respond to WhatsApp that they provide you. Whoever this Prachi Gupta is, she or he is just a scammer. All good reviews on google are made up to make victims fall for their scam. BEWARE!! If you want to apply for PAN, contact legit companies like PROTEAN directly.

I had a bad experience with Pancardnri.com in Feb 2026.

I interacted with a person named 'Sneha'. She did not respond during their advertised working hours.

Worse, when I got tired of her non-responsiveness and confronted her about the poor service, she doubled down instead of accepting responsibility.

It was a headache. As a PAN agent, they are supposed to make the application process a breeze, not put customers in the position of chasing after them.

Stay away and go with a different agent. There are plenty who are good. Unfortunately, I wish I had checked PanCardNRI reviews before I purchased the service from them.
