I ordered leather boots online and they arrived scuffed, packaged in a box with obvious stains. Given the price of the shoes, this is more than disappointing. The return process too is not obvious and has to be requested through a chat bot. Still have not heard back from customer service. Would not order again.

Schuhe sehr gute Qualität, Rücksendung katastrophal! Telefonisch auch nach 20 Versuchen niemand erreichbar, Bestellnummer für automatische Rücksendung nicht angenommen, erst nach extra Mail Antwort bekommen! Das ist zeit- und nervraubend!!!!

Tengo unos zapatos desde hace años y son irrompibles . Me gusta que lleven el logotipo amarillo de panama Jack junto a los cordones.

Gran servicio, atención y rapidez en en el envío. Además cuentan con un servicio post-venta increible. Obviamente ni me planteo cambiar de marca, son increibles.

Tengo una bota de piel con goretex y con poco uso y tres años y medio desde que me las compre, la suela se han despegado. Esta empresa poco a poco se esta hundiendo ella sola, con estos detalles cutres, ya no es la calidad de antes, y las maneras de solucionar sus fallos a la hora de fabricar sus productos,
El departamento no da la cara, lo estudian y se desentienden, diciéndote que lo hables donde la comprasteis, como si la tienda donde la comprasteis tuviera la culpa de su falta de calidad a la hora de fabricar sus productos.
No voy a recomendar esta marca, no se preocupan por sus clientes, cuando un articulo no se ha fabricado bien, o salen defectuosos.

Ein Teil der Lieferung ist unterwegs verloren gegangen, von PanamaJack gab es unkomplizierten Ersatz. Die Schuhe sind sowieso seitens der Qualität aus meiner Sicht über jeden Zweifel erhaben.

Im perplexed about these claims on quality... Ive used my panama jack leather boots for over 3 years now winter and summer (alot of miles walked, love the shoes), and ive even done cycling with them on flat pedals. I have not had any issues with the sole quality or leather quality. The boot feels still amazing on my feet and they perform as well as new. Would give 5 stars but ive had to change the zipper once and now i have to change it again. Thats pretty much the problem with any boot with a side zipper. All in all a highly durable and comfy boot. I also own a pair of low leather shoes from them, and absolutely no complains considering them on my behalf. Sure the laces couldve been stronger, but ive had to change almost all my shoes laces atleast once. So its a very general problem i face.

Las botas que he comprado son preciosas, muy cómodas y muy fáciles de poner y quitar. Son muy calentitas. La suela tiene muy buen agarre.

El Servicio de Atención al Cliente funciona muy bien. En varias ocasiones me ha atendido Manuel, quien ha resuelto de forma rápida y muy clara, mis dudas. Muy atento y agradable.

El envío del pedido llegó muy pronto, con GLS.Sólo tardó 1 día y medio.

Anuncian un modelo que luego en la tienda no está. Les digo que me interesaría un par de un modelo en concreto que anuncian, que luego no está en el catálogo, una talla media, y solo me dicen que no fabrican tallas intermedias.

Der Schuh ist eigentlich sehr gut, leider ist mir nach 1,5 Jahren die Sohle gebrochen ! Das sollte bei einem hochwertigen Schuh nicht passieren.
Der Service ist miserabel, eine Reklamation ohne Kaufbeleg ( wer bitte bewahrt diesen so lange auf ? ) wurde abgelehnt - keinerlei entgegenkommen möglich !

Customer service here is incredible, I placed an order but GLS messed up the shipping of the package, and faked having delivered it. Jack's support responded very quickly to my email, within 20 minutes! They asked me to triple check if the package was missing, but also told me that no signature was present on the delivery slip. When I told them that no package was present, they assisted me in starting a claim against GLS. GLS then produced a slip for a different delivery and intended to strech the claim over several weeks... Support at Panama Jack replied by starting a refund for my case and taking on the fight with GLS themselves.

Bravo for the best customer support i will probably ever recieve! Be very proud!

Compré unas botas modelo Amur GTX de GoreTex y mi sorpresa fue mayúscula cuando al usarlas en días lluviosos vi que entra agua en la zona de la puntera. Desconozco por qué ocurre esto y la sección responsable se lava las manos. Dice que al haber sido compradas en otro lugar debo reclamar allí, ya que es el procedimiento habitual. No dicen por qué razón entra agua en unas botas cuyo precio es de casi 200 €. Una vergüenza.
