I was attracted to the natural fragrances and have not been disappointed. They are lovely gentle fragrances not overpowering like normal ones and so much healthier!
The phone is answered by a real person (such a treat) and everyone is so helpful.
Surprised to see some of the negative experiences here. Gave the Fragrance Library with 12 x perfumes as a gift. Looked fabulous and the perfumes smelled absolutely beautiful. Arrived quickly. Came with giftbag and tissue paper. Really, a fantastic gift that I recommend highly
Very shocked to read bad reviews for pairfum I got my sample box of pairfums and the smells of each one are amazing they were packaged beautifully I will be definitely be buying for Christmas presents. Delivery was spot on only 2 days great service
Totally disgusted by this Company phoned to tell them there was no strength in the eau de parfum and was told that I should visit the doctor to see if I had a problem. Would not recommend this company or their products
Very disappointing for the price. I ordered two different scents of 'organic bathing gel & bath oil' at £15 each - comparatively pricey for bath products. Although the product description does refer to it as a 'foam bath', they don't foam at all - just turn the water cloudy. Not what I expected for the price. They do smell lovely in the bottle, but very faint in the bath and on skin afterwards. I'm now torn whether to persevere because they were so expensive, or just tip them down the sink. The company never published my negative review, or acknowledged my disappointment in any way. I wasn't necessarily angling for a refund, although that would have been great, but surely basic customer care calls for an acknowledgement, and a pledge to consider feedback for improvement purposes? So, poor product, poor customer experience.
