I had to send a robot vacuum back to a service centre and of course, I did not keep the box. I had to make sure it was packed safely, so I popped into this local pack and send. They were efficient, knowledgeable about parcel sizes, packing etc and made it so easy. Much better than Aus post. If I ever have to send anything else I would not hesitate to pop into the Morningside Pack and Send. Thank you gentlemen.

I've received packages from Pack & Send previously, but this was my first experience sending. The service was cheaper than using Australia Post and in less than half the timeframe. I also visited my local store and found them to be extremely helpful. I will definitely be using this service again.
