Easy process to book online. Cheaper than most couriers and the TNT man that picked up my item was careful and very friendly. Package arrived 1.5 days later at destination.

Paid for express service to Victoria
Paid for express service to Victoria. Package passed to DHL who sent it to the wrong Depot in Melbourne where it waited a couple of days before being sent to the right depot in Melbourne who then passed it to Australia Post to deliver. Express service was supposed to take 1-2 business days, package ended up taking 5 days to reach destination blowing up a scheduled 1 week turn around for equipment.
Called customer service *repeatedly*. Told multiple times that they would call me back, never did.
I will not be recommending Pack&Send to anyone, in fact I will actively warn people that your service is crap.
