I bought a used professional telescope without the original box from a seller in Glasgow so I was ready to drive 7h from my place but fortunately I found Pack & Send company and Stuart Fraser was excellent following my request in a professional and friendly way. He booked the collection before my monthly income then the telescope was accurately packed and arrived safe after 2 days. I highly recommend to everyone this service, professional, quickly and fast...!!!! Thanks again..!!!

Used P&S Glasgow to send a somewhat fragile item of audio equipment to another address in the UK.

I chose to drop the item off at the Glasgow depot, where Stuart took the time to chat through packaging/pricing options. Stuart was quick to appreciate that packaging protection was a concern for me.

The item arrived safely and the recipient reported that the packaging had been applied to an exceptionally high standard.

Overall a very positive experience - pleasant folks to deal with and a clean/presentable office, which is far from a given in these times of economic decline.

Thoroughly recommend Pack & Send, had a mountain bike delivered from Scotland to the south coast of England which arrived safe and sound, and they could not have been more helpful.

We had to ship eight boxes of textiles from France. Pack & Send Glasgow made it really easy. Paperwork was simple. Responses over the email always came the same day. And the shipment arrived four days ahead of the predicted time.

We were greeted in a friendly way and everything was explained to us. The contents were dropped off, it was packaged quickly, it was securely packaged and the delivery was prompt.

Malcolm and his team at Pack and Send in Glasgow really went above and beyond to provide excellent service in getting all my household goods to Japan. It was quite a challenge to get everything packed safely, including fine bone china and a silver plated tea service. The packing expert even had two oil paintings to deal with. Everything arrived safe and sound.

I left my cell phone at a Hotel in Glasgow Scotland. The Hotel said they would not pack it up to be shiped to my next locations. "We do not not do that"...?? ! I thought a top Hotel could and would provide this simple service. Not So!
So I enlisted pack & send, they picked up my phone and wrapped and packaged it for shipment and shipped it to me in 2 days!

Exceptional service that took special care of all my packages and belongings and managed to transport them all safely with no damage over seas. Thank you to Ainslee and Team for packing the items exceptionally well with no breakage or movement within the package. We had a problem with delivery knowledge and Ainslee was exceptional on helping get to the bottom of the issue. She did not take "we don't know" for an answer and kept up with corporate on information and updates. She is a number one customer service representative.

I recently shipped a painting to France. Even though we were working on a very tight deadline Ainslee, Malcolm and their team made it happen in perfect time! The painting was excellently packed and knowing how important it was for us to deliver on time, Ainslee regularly monitored the progress of the shipment giving us timely updates.

I just received a painting that was collected, packed and shipped by Pack & Send in Glasgow to my home in Maryland, USA. The painting was VERY well packed (my husband works in museums and has packed a wide variety of fragile items for international transport and he was impressed) and arrived in perfect condition within 8 days of departure in UK. What a great service these guys provided!!! The pickup was complicated (by my circumstances) and they dealt with that without batting an eyelid, and both Ainsley and Malcolm were a joy to talk to on the phone. Throw in a pretty reasonable price for a sterling service and extra complications and my treasured painting arriving safely and quickly - couldn't be better!! 10/10!! Thanks guys!!
