The experience was really positive from start to finish. I was given a quote very quickly and all my queries were answered efficiently. The items were picked up on time and they packed everything securely and safely. It arrived at the address in Canada on time and I was given regular updates with tracking.

Excellent and polite service
I contacted Pack and Send as I was moving to Australia, to live with my daughter and her family, following the death of my husband.
The gentleman who came to assess the amount of stuff I was wanting to be moved was extremely polite and helpful.
My stuff was collected and packed in bubble wrap. I have never seen such a large roll of bubble wrap in my life.
I was kept informed of the progress all the way through until it all joined me in Australia.

Very positive experience
My item was very well packed and arrived undamaged. The staff person I dealt with was very helpful. He answered all of my questions, added special instructions for the delivery, and kept me informed of the status of my shipment. He even called after the delivery to make sure that everything was OK. I have never had a shipper do that before.

Albums shipment
Pack & send UK staff were very helpful when I contacted them about shipping some LP Albums
to America. They fully advised me about their
services and provide a reasonable price for shipping
this package to America. The whole process was
completed smoothly. They collected the albums from
my address on time, took them back to their office, where they packed the albums and weighed them, they send me the final invoice, which has been paid. I highly recommend Pack & Send to anyone who has a shipping need.
