Absolute joke of a business, never experienced such unapologetic poor workmanship.
After being recommended to ozzy tyres Roxburg Park I had them install a snorkel on my car. It was ready to be picked up at 6.30pm 1.5 hours after they closed and upon inspecting the new install I found the snorkel scratched, bracket scratched, missing bolt from bracket, the guard cut too big, metal shavings left in the car and to top it off a grease hand print on the interior roof lining. I knew it was a rushed Job. Management was not onsite and the blokes from the workshop had no solution for me other than to call back the following day.
After a difficult conversation where the manager started out not wanting to acknowledge the issues were significant, the Manager agreed to have all this fixed within a day however very unwilling to give out details so I could escalate the issue further.
When I reluctantly dropped the car back off I felt that he barely listened to what I had to say. After 3 days I got the car back mostly fixed but with another grease hand print in the interior lining and various scratches remaining. Manager said they’d fixed the issues the best they can and made comments various times that it’s a snorkel it will get scratched anyway. Very disappointing to pay for a brand new product and receive a substandard product and a damaged vehicle.
There policy is pay in full before work even starts which ultimately gives you no leg to stand on when something goes wrong.
Do yourselves a favour and stay away from these clowns.

What went wrong this time? Well the guys at Ozzy Tyres call centre warehouse whatever it is are dodgy as #&$%.
Liked some wheels online, when I saw who the company was I was a bit reluctant due to a past experience some 7 odd years ago, anyway I went ahead and ordered online. I first called them the same day when the checkout kept changing the tyre size. I spoke to Ali and he said that it was $100 extra, paid over the phone no drama. I received the wheel package wrapped up individually a couple of days later and as I started to unwrap the first one I noticed that it was the checkout tyre size not the over the phone pay extra $100 size. So I phoned them, someone will call you back. Someone phoned back and told me to head down to the local Ozzy tyres store, they will change them, we're calling them now.
About an hour later I went down and the guys there had no idea what was happening of course. So they called Sydney and it was confirmed, phew, guy's said leave your car it'll be ready by lunchtime. They phoned at lunchtime and told me that the car needed a wheel alignment and it will be another hour, no worries, 'and... YOUR NEW WHEELS ARE SCRATCHED...', what the? So I went down and 3 of the 4 wheels were indeed scratched.
They took photos and sent it down to Sydney. Sydney asked me to phone them.
At first Ali was like ' Don't worry we'll look after it." After a week of calling, or was it 2 weeks, I just got the, they'll call you back. I don't have time for telephone ping pong games, like a bunch of school kids, seriously. Even the guys at the local Ozzy tyres reckon that they should send me new ones, I did pay close to $3000. Secondly the centre caps were not suitable for my hubs, phoned Sydney about that and, " yeah, we've sent it", have emails as proof, but never saw them, luckily the good guys at the local store sourced a set for me from their store displays. Thirdly, their very overpriced tyres for how crap they are, don't buy them. Paid $1325, drove 6 weeks on them and sold for $600. Absolutely no traction control in the wet.
I replaced with $1000 set and they are great, I've used them twice before and they're great. I found the guys at the local shop great to deal with, but the actual Ozzy tyres online people are simply unprofessional lying theives from my experiences.

Ordered wheels and tyre package, they delayed the date, gave me lies after lies yet I came to pick them up, asked for one to be put on, they did not do as I asked, started taking all my wheels off, wouldn’t let me watch, they still got the fitment wrong and I had to point it out, it was not legal to drive, they refused to refund my money and told me to call head office. Took them a while before finally giving in to get a refund, terrible experience… I’d say that they are farming reviews on other sites, I’ve gone to 3 other stores looking for what I want and all told me that they have heard horror stories from these guys.

Unfortunately, ozzy tyres doesn't stick to their sales prices, nor their fitment gaurentee.
Happily take more than they should( got charged full price ) and refused to refund the advertised price difference.
They also will charge for express postage and insurance, but won't refund the express postage when it's taken over 7 days to arrive

just s**t , they allowed me to pay for wheels they DIDNT HAVE. they were overpriced, dodgy, lazy, did a s**t job. i could go on forever. they damaged my car, damaged my product, and would not adjust price, arrogant staff, low experienced.

Emailed them as was wanting a tyre and wheel package, yet the tyres I required weren't listed as an option online. Got a response back within the hour with a quote for the required tyres and some technical support. Placed the order on Friday, then had the package delivered to Perth WA the following Thursday! Extremely quick! Looks amazing and happy customer 👍.

Have been browsing websites for wheels for quite a long time. Have noticed that this company has been having a 'sale' for the past 2-3 years (LOL)! They have had sale titles such as 'New Years Sale', 'Australia Day Sale'. And the list goes on! And lastly, they advertise sets of wheels for $1,200, which are originally priced at over $3,000. Genuine 3-piece Work wheels, and Rays wheels for example, are ACTUALLY worth over $3k, not these dodgy brands that no one has ever heard of. Would not recommend at all.

I would have gone zero stars but couldn't.
Ordered a wheel and tyre package, it took 5 months to deliver with tyres fitted that were not suitable for the rim size. According to them that size tyre does not exist... every local tyre dealer had that size in stock multiple brands. Every person I dealt with at ozzy tyres was a rude @#$% and did not want to help. ACCC is the next step, putting undersized tyres on rims is dangerous and ozzy don't care.

Seen advertising for lift kits on Facebook rang to get a quote and then wanted $800 deposit for the parts didn’t hear from them for weeks then got a phone call to say there will be a delay in getting parts? I lost my Ute in the recent floods so I rung them to tell them about what happened and ask for my money back was told to write a email to head office and they will ring me back three days later no call so I call them back again still waiting for head office to get back to me I’ll ring them and call you straight back still no call. My next call is to the ombudsman

Wouldn't recommend. Our wheels were sent to Darwin.. the other side of the country to me.. took 3 weeks to receive then when i finally did all 4 wheels were clearly damaged during fitment, proceeded to blame freight despite arriving in inch thick black pads, where'd the blue paint and tyre bar mark come from? magic it turns out. Paid the $99 "shipping insurance" its not actually for freight, found out it's not through any freight company, only through themselves to make a quick buck..
They told us they'll refund the BS insurance and provide one wheel and tyre to fix the 4 that were damaged after a thorough tongue lashing.. not good enough. by law consumers are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund for any damaged goods.. this company is apparently beyond the law or just doesn't know it.. total waste of my time and money. NEVER will i deal with this dodgy company ever again.

I bought a set of rims from ozzy tires mainly because they where the only company that had a decent looking silver wheel and every other major wheel company has black black or matte black but hey that's another issue. So i pick the wheels i like now the pricing bull s*#%@ should have been the first red flag that this company has no problem lying, stating the wheels i chose where originaly $625 now $249 then i saw the tyre prices Rappid 235 45 17 for $150 each originally $340 ,this is total lies this is a low quality budget Chinese tyre and they are $76 everywhere ,so i decided to just get rims and would buy my tyres elsewhere , i did also try to get the rims elsewhere but gave up as i found plenty similar wheels but only available in black or dark matte colours (why isn't silver an option on all wheels i'm willing to wait) so basically i could only buy from them , so my wheels finally arrive and the boxes had been re taped i open them and hair net protective cover and plastic rim protector is just chucked in the box with the wheels instead of on the wheels and the wheels are covered in machine oil and metal swarf from drilling the stud holes and on 2 rims the paint was chipped down to metal around the holes then i discovered that 3 wheels has gloss black paint slashed all over the wheels ,at this point i was in disbelief that a company could send something out in this condition ,if this was my company the person responsible would have been fired on the spot, then i found only 3 hub rings and black wheel nuts for silver wheels, at this point i kind of knew in the back of my mind i had been scammed i then picked up one of the wheels and couldn't believe how lite it was i could pick it up over my head with one hand it was half the weight of the factory 17" alloy wheel now that might be ok for a getz or any other small little car but these wheels are going on a Ba Ford Fairlane not exactly a lite car .Now the whole reason for changing back to a 17" wheel was to get a stronger wheel with a higher profile tyre .
Now the car currently has 245 35 19 on G6E Turbo wheels and due to Brisbanes Merton bay region having the worst road builders on the planet ive had 4 blown tyres and had to have all 4 wheels re rolled in a 6 month period due to pot holes every time it rains , so i send them an email about these issues and tell them i have pics of all the problems i can send them so they can track down the people responsible and rectify the problems and swap the black wheel nuts for chrome ones and give me another hub ring but no response , so i now have a set of wheels i'm pretty sure will break on the first decent bump even with a higher profile .
The next day a friend came over and told me about all the trouble he is having with Ozzy tires it was then that i realised there was no point fighting this as this scam company was not going to fix anything .

Quoted on wheels then went to pay to be told out of stock, ask for different colour and they sent a completely different wheel package won't return them haven't even unwrapped them. I heard bad stories about them should have listened

What a disgusting company sells the poorest quality products/damaged and expect you to cover cost of freight To return there damaged wheels they sent DO NOT TRUST there QUICK to take your money but treat you like rubbish afterwards they sent me damaged wheels and told me to touch them up what a Joke they then sent another wheel to replace the damaged wheel which also come damaged and I was told I never paid the insurance which The person who sold me these wheel packages never offered so I either pay for the return postage or put up with it there blaming the postage company but none of the packages or the box come damaged it was damaged at there end but they say they have looked thru footage and it wasn’t damaged at there end maybe the wheel fairy’s damaged them after they were pack if I can stop someone waisting there money on this poor quality product and save someone dealing with the worst customer service ever then that’s a slight win but I promise THIS ISN’T THE END I WILL BE CONTACTING BUSINESS CONSUMERS AFFAIRS AND ALSO PUTTING IN A DISPUTE THRU ZIP MONEY ANYONE ELSE THERE HAVING SIMILAR ISSUES I ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO THE SAME WE DONT NEED COMPANYS LIKE THIS AROUND they always say they get back to you and never do they hope you’ll just go away but guess what I’m not and I happen everyone takes the time to read this and rethink spending money thru this company there also know em as pro drag

DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE!!! If they send you something different to what you have ordered they will insist that their terms & conditions allows them to do it and you will have to pay more money to correct their mistake!

Their terms & conditions clause may allow them to send an item that differs "slightly" from the image used, but if the description of the listing specifies a certain size or bolt pattern then I would expect them to send me an item that is exactly as described. Otherwise, that would give them the right to send WHATEVER they like without any regard to specifications listed!!

The package that I chose to order very clearly states in the description as "5x100" lug pattern. The image shown also shows the 5x100 pattern. Even if the image shown was a Multi fit pattern, the description and specification tab still states it is for a 5x100 pattern and there is no mention of a Multi fit option being available.

They sent me the Multi fit pattern rims without informing me prior to shipping that this was going to happen. Now they are denying any wrongdoing on their part and insisting that I will have to pay more money in order to correct their mistake! Have since found out from their other stores that they were expecting to receive stock of the 5x100 pattern rims but for some reason ended up receiving only the Multi fit ones, and the website has not been updated by Head Office.

Not admitting their fault is one thing but they also lied about having spoken to us BEFORE our order was even placed to explain that those rims did not come in the 5x100 pattern. If it doesn't then why does their listing specifically say "5x100"? Before that, we were told it was because the 5x100 was out of stock. Very unethical business tactics!

I paid for rims that was advertised on the website, two weeks went by with no update or messages. I ended up calling to find out they don’t have any in stock they offered me other rims which they had in stock which I didn’t like, I eventually found rims I liked advertised on the website and they couldn’t do them for the advertised price I ended up getting a refund that took about 2 weeks to get proceed.

So to start, i have purchased from ozzytyres on two separate occasions, both purchases worth over 3k and i gotta say that my experience was disappointing. My first purchase was on 19th of December 2019. All was well and good, they were delivered at ozzytyres Underwood and I picked them up. I had them sat in my living room for just over a week before I noticed a reasonably sized dent on the edge of one of the rims. I was concerned and contacted them through their email with no response and also called with no one wanting to help me. The store pushed the blame onto the warehouse down in NSW and all they could do for me was put the dented rim on my car and they also sent the wrong wheel nuts, and the wheel weights had started to fall off. So in the end of that purchase they put them on, charged me $50 for new wheel nuts when they should have just given me new wheel nuts free of charge in exchange for the wrong ones I received. It also would have been great if I just got a new rim in general.

My second purchase was just as annoying, I'd thought that maybe it was bad luck so I gave them a second chance. I had the second set delivered to my door which was great. Delivery was fast and the deliverer was nice. I unwrapped them, had the correct wheel nuts (yay) then noticed a lot of fingerprints and dirt on ever surface on the wheels which is very noticeable on matte white as you would expect. And also noticed that the paint job was flaky and just horrible. I decided to look past this and fitted them. I realised something strange which was the fact that the rear centre caps just would not say on the wheel when fitted whatsoever. Same thing calls and emails, Facebook messages and nothing. No response. They only reply when you have something positive to say.

I have also noticed a large amount of wheel weights being used on these wheels with the worst adhesive I've ever seen, I feel that it is really unsafe for it to be like that and have a feeling the reason for this is because the wheels in general are made very cheaply. Another thing that people might notice about ozzytyres is the fact that all year around every year they have 50% off all wheels. The 50% off sale isn't a sale it's actually the original price and the previous "price" is just made up. Anyway that's my experience so far with them and definitely don't plan to spend another cent here. I have since sold the cars that have the wheels and have moved on. I'll just go to a proper place for wheels that aren't a sham. Ozzytyres don't bother replying and trying to defend yourself. No one wants to see it and honestly don't care what you have to say for yourself because I know exactly the kind of people you are.

What a muck around buying from this company. I will never recommend them to anyone. So many items missing when I first ordered. The wheels so out of balance that I had to get the rebalanced. Sent black wheel bolts when all pictures and advertising is in chrome bolts. They told me they dont have the chrome so they sent black. That is not what I ordered!!! They didn't originally sent the dashcam in the deal, they only sent 3 hub rings. I finally got them but only after complaining and lodging a paypal dispute. They told me to paint the black bolts to chrome myself, that's just dumb!! Then they told me to buy by own hub rings after they only sent me a pack of 3. They have a fitment guarantee!!! Terrible customer service, rude rude rude! Do not buy from them. Believe all the bad reviews they have!!! They refuse to give me the chrome bolts even though all their advertising material shows the wheels I bought with chrome.

I have a massive email thread of how bad their customer service is! Research them on car forums on Facebook before you spend any money with Ozzy Tyres!

I purchased 4 wheels with a 5 stud pattern online for my vehicle. I was sent a multifit rim which Im totally unhappy about. Tried for 3 weeks to get them to return them for refund. They refused. Have now lodged a complaint with fair trading.

Terrible customer service. Horrible on the phone. Try to make you feel like you are in the wrong. Wrong parts sent. Parts missing from the order. Not as pictured on the website and Facebook/Instagram. If you do buy from them use PayPal for your protection and also keep all email records and correspondence. would not recommend them
