So the story goes like this:

- Recruiter X reaches out to me for a position
- Interview goes nicely, but eventually my profile gets discarded
- 2 weeks later, Oxygen reaches out to me; same company, same role
- I explain the situation
- Oxygen: hold my beer
- 1 week later they tell me that the company wants to talk to me
- Get an interview
- Currently going through the interviewing process

On top of that, the guy that reached out to me (Richard R.J.) has been very helpful and supportive, often texting me on Linkedin asking me how everything was going and offering to help if I needed.

Even if I don't get hired, I still got much further than what I was hoping for, so yeah my experience was 5 stars.

Clear recruiting process, giving all information needed and making sure I was updated on the process. Transparency is a massive thing on recruiting and they have 100% of that

Professional, clear and really take interest in making a good deal for all parties involved. Also, they remember you after long time; you can tell they put an effort in building a relationship.
