Excessive return charge
Competitively priced clothing and received promptly. Returned because too loose fitting, but return delivery charge deducted from refund was more than £7. Wouldn't order again.

I am extremely unhappy with being charged a £7 hygiene fee for an item that I have already returned. I do not believe this charge is fair or justified, and I am requesting that this matter be reviewed immediately.
I expect the £7 hygiene fee to be refunded. Please review my return and the reason for this charge and provide me with a clear explanation. If you believe the charge is justified, please provide the specific policy or terms and conditions that support it.
I am not satisfied with this charge and would appreciate a prompt resolution and refund.

Website was easy to navigate, checkout process was straight forward and delivery was very prompt. Very happy indeed!
