Nos Keyblades sont fabriqués de la même façon depuis plus de 15 ans, et les collectionneurs du monde entier connaissent bien ce design. La garde est volontairement mobile : ce n’est pas un défaut, mais une caractéristique de sécurité destinée à protéger les mains de ceux qui aiment tenir ou exposer l’objet. Cette particularité est propre aux Keyblades et identique quel que soit l’endroit où vous les achetez.

Concernant votre remarque au sujet des avis, le vôtre a bien été soumis sur notre site. Comme expliqué, il faut simplement compter entre 12 et 24 heures pour que le système actualise et affiche les nouveaux commentaires. Nous accuser de publier de « faux avis » n’est pas juste. Nos évaluations sont positives parce que nos clients sont satisfaits de la qualité de nos produits et de notre service.

Nous attachons beaucoup d’importance à emballer chaque commande avec soin et protection supplémentaire pour garantir une livraison en toute sécurité. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We deeply regret that your experience with us did not meet your expectations, especially during this busy holiday season. We understand how important it is to have everything perfect for Christmas, particularly when it’s for a gift as special as the one for your son.

We would like to address a few points you mentioned to clarify the situation. When it became clear that the item you ordered was unfortunately out of stock, we immediately searched our warehouse thoroughly in hopes of finding one for you. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to locate the item. Recognizing the disappointment this caused, we proposed alternative solutions which we understand you chose to decline.

As for the refund, it was processed immediately on our end. However, as is standard with most banks, refunds typically take 3 - 5 business days to reflect in your account. In rare cases, this can extend to a maximum of 10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies. We assure you that this delay is not within our control and is a normal banking procedure.

We also want to emphasize that we strive to be transparent in all our dealings. While we understand your frustration, calling us scammers feels particularly unfair given the lengths we went to in trying to rectify the situation. Your funds are safe, and you can rest assured they are being returned to you promptly.

We value your trust and are genuinely sorry we couldn’t provide the item your son wanted. We would love the opportunity to serve you better in the future and hope you’ll consider giving us another chance.
