DO NOT buy from this company if you want to actually receive what you pay for. Still waiting for my shoes to arrive after a month. Customer service is appalling and these people are thieves.

Ordered and paid for a pair of trainers which have never been received and the company are not replying to any of my emails. The last communication I had was the order confirmation stating that delivery would be within a few working days.

PLEASE avoid using this company. I placed an order 11 days ago and, although it was acknowledged and 'despatched' there is - as others say - no tracking information and no discernible progress.

I feel 11 days is long enough in this day and age and there are some real red flags that have driven me to leaving this review.

It is easy to flag something as sent on the platform being used (Shopify) whether it actually has been sent or not.

The number published on the website does not work and their supposed 24 hour 'customer service' turnaround time on email responses is blatantly untrue. The lack of response is not reassuring.

Although a Royal Mail tracking number is shown, it has no meaning as there is no parcel to track as it has not been received by the Royal Mail, so who knows what/whose parcel this tracking number refers to.

There is no trace at Companies House of this 'family-owned business based in London' and no trace at the address given, which appears to be Sony HQ.

I should have looked more closely at them before I placed my order. My bad but I will fight to the last for a refund and for this website to be removed.

IF my order arrives I will take this review down. I'm not holding my breath.

Scam, ordered trainers that never arrived, no response to email, luckily bank refunded me the money.

Only 1 star as 0 isn't available. Ordered shoes that were never delivered. No response to refund request. Luckily my credit card covered the payment.
Do not use Orthorun.

I’ve been scammed too. Bought a double pram for my babies. £199.99 so it’s now a small amount. This is awful

Along with everyone else who has come here to leave a review after being scammed by these crooks I can only lament the fact that I didn`t do my research or exercise `due diligence` before purchasing from them , wise after the event as they say . I have successfully recuperated my £59.99 by doing a chargeback claim to my credit card through my bank which I would advise everyone to do .
I have seen identical ads and Trustpilot reviews from another seller called `Zeravi` , and another one , the only difference being the company address which is obviously bogus too . I don`t know how these people are able to advertise on Google without being taken down but will try and submit a complaint or report to Google if I`m able to .

SCAM and FRAUD - not legit business and read these reviews up late to realise ! Donot buy anything from them. They have now changed their name to RANKEO from orthorun! They are scammers !!!!

Bought pair of trainers on 23/09. Still heard nothing and not replying to emails.

They have a lot of advertisements for amazing products at great deals. There's also an address to send your money to... but that's it! The actual company was dissolved years ago. Please save your money and shop somewhere else.

I ordered some trainers on 02/08/26 and heard nothing. I emailed them on 11/08 and 13/08 and received no response.
I have reported this to my bank and hope to receive the money back.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I cancelled an order for ASICS Kayano 31 trainers and requested a refund.I did not receive a refund and there was no reply to my emails.
I have instructed my bank to carry out a Chargeback.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS ! I purchased a pair of shoes from them on August 20th 2026. Other than the automated order acknowledgement I’ve heard nothing from them and no shoes arrived. I emailed them 2 days ago and still no reply. Purchased from Orthorun UK Ltd but the transaction went to Rankeo in Spain ??? I’ve now reported them to my credit card provider. Wish I’d read the many negative Orthorun Reviews before trying to make my purchase.

Avoid this company, don't get sucked in like myself, if I had seen the reviews I wouldn't have tried to purchase from them.

Never received order. No communication They stole £30 from me. Also found out credit card details were stolen and used fraudulently.

Avoid. The website is a scam. Should be taken down and charges bought.

Complete scam, poor customer service, had response initially when orders, but now stopped replying back to emails, false tracking information provided. Of it looks to good to be true then it definitely to good to be true.
Save the hassle of reclaiming money back from your bank and don't use them🤬🤬🤬

Very disappointing experience – refund promised but still not received

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Orthorun Limited.

I purchased an item that was not as advertised, and after raising a complaint, I requested a full refund. After considerable communication, Orthorun eventually confirmed in writing that my full refund had been approved and processed to my original payment method. I was also told that the money would take 7–10 business days to appear in my account.

I relied on this written confirmation and waited the stated timeframe. Unfortunately, the refund still did not arrive, leaving me having to chase the company again for money that they had already confirmed was being returned to me.

I find this extremely frustrating and disappointing. If a company tells a customer in writing that a refund has been processed, the customer should reasonably be able to trust that statement.

The whole experience has involved unnecessary stress, repeated follow-ups and a lack of confidence that this matter would actually be resolved.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Orthorun Limited. I would strongly advise other customers to be cautious and to keep copies of all correspondence if they experience a problem with an order.

I hope Orthorun will finally honour the commitment they made in writing and ensure that my full refund is actually returned to me.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a pair of trainers as they were competitively priced, however after 8 emails chasing the delivery, I had to engage my bank to recover my money. ‘Jelly’ from Customer Service repeatedly apologised for unforeseen problems with the dispatching of the trainers and then when I asked for a refund - SILENCE !!!
Clearly they are a SCAM so be warned !!!
