"Bad Treatment"
I recently received a letter from AIS, the umbrella group for Orion Indemnity, that they were considering terminating my coverage since I use my car for business purposes.
The agent from AIS called Orion twice and left two messages, neither of which were returned.
I then left two messages and they did not respond.
The next day I received an email from Orion saying my coverage was being canceled.
When I responded via email, it was blocked.
Orion was my insurance carrier for almost three years, and this is how they treated me.
Thankfully I am back with Geico.
