I highly not recommend ordering…
I highly not recommend ordering anything, they don't know their product, they approved my order, then it turned out that this product has not been available for six months! I called customer support, the employee was rude, said that they do not hold my money and it will automatically return to my account, as a result, for more than 10 days I can not return the money for the product that they do not have, my bank confirmed that they will hold this amount.

The carrots were mouldy
The carrots were mouldy. For that I got a refund of £1.76, half the cost of the carrots. I ended up throwing most of the veg away, it was all very poor quality.

Pumpkins very poor quality
Whilst delivery was OK, the quality of what was delivered was very poor. We ordered organic pumpkins to make soup. They were very pale when cut open and now, having tasted the soup, to a recipe we have used for years, there was no flavour whatsoever. A very, very, poor product. Regrettably will not be using you again.

Longtime customer and staying that way
I have been using organic delivery company for at least 3 years now and they are great. Their veggies and fruit are good quality, Their prices are reasonable, compared to a couple of the other delivery companies I tried, their customer service is amazing and they consistently do their best to make sure their customers are happy. If I had one bit of “constructive feedback” it is that because my family is small, we often change the size of our veg box, almost from week to week. On the old website this was very easy to do, but their new website made it harder, so instead of being a subscriber I have to make a fresh order every week. It is STILL well worth it! And if you are someone whose needs don’t vary week to week, a subscription to their delivery is very easy and highly recommended.

Avoid till they sort it out
Mouldy, old, too far gone, stemmy fungus gnat infested mushrooms. Sorry but this is the worst produce I've ever seen. It smelt awful. Went straight in the bin.
Giving an extra star for customer service who are great and refunded. But writing this to warn other buyers.

Spend Your Money elsewhere
If our purchase is anything too go by, then all their good reviews are fake. Because what we got was mostly pig fodder. Disgusting 5th rate quality. Mushrooms that smelt of human waste and went in the bin. we should have returned but due to many factors none greater than am 86 and I am some what disabled, plus the return cost etc and a 25 mile round trip to post due to living in a very rural location.
Believe when we say the quality was Total Garbage. Limp bruised Beans, tiny soft potatoes. Turnips hacked too bits to remove rot etc exposing half the flesh, we spent £39.80. and got 3 food items that were in good condition.
Our Advice spend your money elsewhere, as these unethical people will send you food that should be in the trough. We will never use again

Ordered fresh Aloe Vera leaves and tea bags : £11.95 as someone in the family was unwell required the Aloe Vera only to realise that I landed in the hands a scamming bunch of people!
That order never came and to my surprise received an email to review the order! Is this the review you are looking for?
All the POSITIVE reviews on here are made up ! None of them is true. Aren't you ashamed of yourself? Scamming someone on a death bed looking to prolong life?

I wanted to let you know that we received your email this morning at 09:52, and we replied as quickly as possible at 09:56. We also tried to call you to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it appears that the box was damaged in transit by our courier DPD, making it undeliverable. We completely understand how upsetting this is.
We offered to repack your order today and prioritise delivery for tomorrow, or alternatively, process a full refund. We also provided you with the DPD tracking ID so you can see what happened with your parcel.

We're so pleased that you were happy with your order! With regards to the beetroot, generally this is sent without the leaf and stem as this is only available like this at certain times of the year.
When the beetroot is available with the leaf and stem we list this as "bunched beetroot" on our website. Unfortunately, this isn't an option to add to the custom juicing box which I can see is what you ordered.
We do have bunched beetroot available at the moment though should you want to try this in your next order ☺️

Fantastic and faultless service
My second order today. I am as starstruck as I was 2 weeks ago when I went into a major zoomie. I live in a part of the UK where good organics are few and where I received 12 beetroot one week to make up the order. although it was an excluded item.. we don't like beetroot! The orders from Organic Delivery are delivered easily by courier within 48 hours packed with ice and the selection is fabulous.
I can truly say my smacked is gobbed ... 😃🤣

My first order
Delivered the day I requested and virtually plastic free.
This is my first delivery but based on that it won’t be my last. The quality of all the items I ordered was excellent. I particularly liked the relatively low value of my order to get free delivery (just under £17) although my order was much more than that. Early days but impressed so far.

Warm rotting boxes of mouldy produce
Warm, rotting fruit and vegetables received. A quarter of my order was mouldy on arrival. The ice packs were melted and warm. My large pumpkin for example was rotten at the core - this did not happen enroute! Many fruits were squashed and moulded. This was a several hundred pound order. Never again

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced with your order. Customer satisfaction is our top priority at the Organic Delivery Company, and we always try our best to resolve any issues our customers may have.
Regarding your order of £204.50, we only have one order recorded in our system, and there was no pumpkin included in this purchase. We understand you mentioned the boxes were squashed, so we contacted our courier, DPD, to investigate. The proof of delivery photo they provided, which we shared with you, shows that all three boxes were delivered in good condition.

We’re very sorry to hear this.
All of our orders are packed the day before delivery and refrigerated to ensure freshness. The cool packs remain cool for up to 24-48 hours weather depending, so these should have kept your boxes cool during most of their journey from us to you.
We have asked DPD to send us a photo of your boxes at the time of delivery and I have attached this for you. Can you please let us know which boxes of these were squished so that we can pass this onto them. Our customer’s satisfaction is really important to us so if there are any issues with our couriers’ deliveries, we always make sure to raise this with them as a complaint to try and avoid this happening again with future deliveries.
If you could please let us know what items specifically were affected in your order, we can get these refunded for you. If you could please send us some photos of the contents of the boxes, this would be really helpful so that we can also pass this onto DPD in order to claim for the damages and items needing to be refunded.

As I said, I wouldnt order from you again given the poor quality of what arrived.
So no point wasting yours or my time. Your delivery obv sat on the order for a long time if you claim the ice packs were frozen when sent.
No need for further waste of our time.
The DPD tracking for your order shows that they collected your boxes from us at 15:22 on the 15th July and delivered to you at 12:47 on the 16th July. As we mentioned in our email to you, our cool packs remain cool for up to 24-48 hours and your boxes were delivered in under 24 hours. Your boxes were kept refrigerated until DPD collected from us as we do with all of our customers boxes. We do our best to keep all boxes fresh and cool whilst still with us here at the Organic Delivery Company.
However, if the boxes were left in your porch or outside for a while, especially in the heat, this could have impacted the condition of the contents, and unfortunately, we cannot control this aspect once the boxes have been delivered.
We are very sorry again for your experience and for any inconvenience caused.
