Was told they will send the my purchased items in 1 weeks time, and I have received an email saying I should have received them by now. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing.?

Just bought a light commercial treadmill from Damian at Orbit Fitness Osborne Park. He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Fantastic customer service. I would definitely recommend going to see him. Thank you.

We ordered an item on March 21st and it is now the 29th and we have not received the item.

Excellent service and delivery. Exactly as promised.

Orbit's online system is great. It was easy to search for what I wanted. Simple to to order and pay for. The option to pick up from my nearest store made it convenient for me as I don't have anywhere for the delivery to be left when I am at work. The item was ready to collect within a few days of placing my order. My only criticism is that I didn't receive a notification that the item was ready to be picked up. I just happened to stop by the store to ask and it was there waiting for me. Store staff were really friendly though and said they would have notifies me later that day. So will give them the benefit of the doubt this time 😉
Would certainly recommend this option though.

Just as the title says, I'm still waiting for my order for the past ~3 weeks, which the status is still "pending". What really annoys me is that my card was already charged for the purchase, and yet the order is still "pending" :(

After emailing orbit fitness the order was received promptly!

I ordered the rowing machine online, was expecting it to take up to 10 working days to arrive, it arrived two days later with two very cheerful delivery men.

I ordered my equipment and it was delivered in less than a week! I'm absolutely stoked with the quality of the gear and the condition upon delivery! Will definitely buy from you guys again!

Happy with the cost of delivery, but I selected the option of leaving the goods without a signature as I knew I would probably not be home. It wasn't put on the parcel so took 3 days longer to arrive. Maybe don't make it an option if you aren't going to relay it to the courier? I also was never given a tracking number so couldn't check when my delivery would arrive and have still not had a reply to the email I sent requesting one.

ordered the Paragon smith on discount price!! Which 2 days later said to be out of stock in this time missed out on anther unit.. Very disappointed.

After my husband having a stroke 2 years ago we were ready to help him with his recovery further by purchasing a rower!! We have previously been to orbit and dealt with a very lovely lady but sadly she had left! When we entered orbit nathaniel was very welcoming and genuinely wanted to help and intently listened to our story!
From then he showed us the water rowers and we ended up with the best rower Cll rower! I can not begin in words of how nice nathaniel is and highly recommend his services to many!
