Bought a piave top for my son for Xmas. I’ve chased it this week as no sign of delivery only for them to just to refund and say they couldn’t get it. They never contacted me to say they have stock issues. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered football socks and only half the order got delivered. Emailed twice and got no response at all.

Ordered 2 pairs of socks for my son 11 days ago no updates if its even been despatched, emailed 4 times and no reply, will have to claim money back from bank. Joke

I placed an order on the 16/09/2024. I contacted 2 weeks later as I had no update on the order being dispatched however, I heard nothing back. I contacted again after this and again heard nothing back. ORDER NEVER RECEIVED AND NO ANSWER BACK. Absolutely disgusting!
DO NOT USE. Placed an order on 11/09 which said usually 4-5 days until dispatch. On the 20/09 I sent an email to get an eta on dispatch this email was ignored. I called on the 25/09 and explained to a polite man on the phone who then placed me on hold and then said it’s due in today and will arrive before the post goes out and is next day delivery so to expect it on 26/09. I double checked that I would receive by 28th 100% as that’s when I needed it for and he confirmed. On 27/09 I called at lunch time to query as it still hadn’t been updated as dispatched and was advised someone would call me back shortly as everyone was busy. At close of business that day still not dispatched I had to claim back the payment from my bank
Placed an order for some football socks with Optimum Sports (.co.uk). Over three weeks later no delivery, no communication. Used their contact form on the website asking for an update (twice)...no response. Had to raise a dispute via my bank for a refund.
No communications despite sending messages couple of times. Delivery took 10 days in total. At one time I was wondering if it was genuine company. I will be hesistant to buy in future incase I have to return product in view of lack of communication.
