Fantastic service from start to finish. The product I wanted was out of stock in lots of places but Ben soon sourced what I needed. I was given a delivery date but told it could come sooner, which it did. Ben messaged me two days before delivery to tell me it would be delivered in two days and it was. They use Royal Mail as their carrier which also pleased me as lots of other carriers are not reliable.

I would 100% recommend this company and its products. You won’t be disappointed.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received from OptimalHealth: due to a global shortage of the product I ordered, my item was not in stock and could not be sent straight away. Ben very kindly sent me prompt updates to inform me of the progress and offer alternative solutions. He was most helpful and professional.
In the end, I asked to swap my original item for another product which I actually needed more, and this was immediately sent out to me at no extra cost (even though it was almost twice as expensive). My parcel arrived the next day and even included a complimentary face care product.
Despite my original item not being in stock (which was not the fault of OptimalHealth), I could not have been more satisfied with my experience. Their friendly and individualised service could not be faulted and was most appreciated. Anne

I ordered a product through Optimal Health that was out of stock everywhere I tried .
Ben at Optimal Health has kept me regularly informed whilst waiting for the product to arrive in stock . The communication from the Company has been excellent . Ben was professional , friendly and informative he’s a credit to the Company . He informed me once the product was back in stock and when it had been sent to me . It arrived within one day of posting . I certainly will use Optimal Health again and would recommend this company .
