Conmen you ever ever contact me again asking for money I don’t owe you. I swear you will have to change your fraudulent company name yet again. I will make it my task in life to harass you like you have harassed me for a debt you can’t even tell me the name of the company except you were passed the debt on by intrum limited surprise surprise linked to your company push me any further. I won’t hold back with publicly naming your directors and workers harassing people for debt they don’t owe
Asked what debt I owe they said utilities
Asked what company they had no name
Asked where debt came from replied intrum of which is linked to them
You are liars rogues and conmen
I told you I was ill with long term illness did your agent care . No he just kept talking over me.
I can’t talk much cos of my illness but I won’t give in to humiate you sad rotten little pieces of scum making people worry about debts that’s not theirs.
Company directors sort this out and your thieves who work for you

The lady I spoke to made helped me so much and made the call a lot less stressful for me . She was very kind and understanding and that meant a lot she also gave me some useful contacts which I have sound very useful

The woman i had spoken to today was extremely helpful with sorting everything i needed help with.

The gentleman who I spoke with (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name) was very empathetic, friendly and incredibly helpful. I cannot praise this gentleman enough, he made what I had anticipated to be an extremely stressful call a pleasure and made me feel at ease throughout the call.

Unfortunately I cant remember who I spoke to but it was a scottish gentleman (not much use I know as this is a Glasgow number) but it was yesterday December 15th at 13:46.
I had recieved letters and emails about a debt I was unaware of from 23 yrs ago after a relationship broke down.
I am autistic and found the looming debt overwhelming so when I phoned to try and set up a paymet plan, which leading up to christmas and being in reciept of benefits was going to be tough, so when I was told this debt was out of the time frame to be paid and the account would be closed I sighed a hugh sigh of relief and could have cried. In fact when I got off the phone, I did. The gentleman also gave me a contact number for some advice for help with other arrears and his understanding and respect was very much appreciated. Other collection agencies would have just let me set up that payment plan and taken the money so I do appreciate his honesty immensely. Im sorry I cant remember your name sir but I am really grateful.

Yvonne the customer service agent was amazing exhaling all the steps I have to take regarding my account she was warm made me feel comfortable and showed me care in resolving my issue she’s a professional and lovely to talk to

I received a letter from Opos about an unsettled matter from 12 years ago. I called and spoke to Jack who was extremely helpful and calmed after I heard I owed a large sum of money to them. It was explained when and where it was from and I realised it was from when I got divorced 12 years ago. Jack was really helpful and talked me through the options. Came off the call feeling much better than when I opened the letter. Thanks Jack, proper legend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
