Thank you JADE

I had such a positive experience speaking with Jade from customer service. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. What stood out the most was that she cared more about whether I could realistically afford my bills than anything else.

I struggle with anxiety when dealing with debt companies, but Jade did not judge me or make me feel uncomfortable. She listened, understood my situation, and gave me clear options without pressure. She treated me with empathy and respect.
After the call, I genuinely felt human again. I don’t often leave reviews, especially when it comes to financial matters, but credit is absolutely due here. Jade has a heart of gold, and her support made a real difference to me.

My wife got a call for a debt which was…

My wife got a call for a debt which was paid off 6 months ago and kept insisting that the loan is still not paid. Even though we got on the credit file as satisfied and paid and a letter confirming the same from the original company itself. If you guys keep this up than I will be filing an official FCA complaint against your company and will be seeking compensation for the stress caused. Get your house in order

All i can say is outstanding

All i can say is outstanding. Straightforward to the point, and treated me as a human, not just a debt.

A special mention to the lovely lady on the phone who dealt with my query named Yvonne. Really understanding, kind and empathetic, whilst staying professional mannered.

I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. All debtors should take note from this. Thank you Yvonne, i wish the best for you always.

Useless waste of space company

Useless waste of space company. I've spent the last 2 weeks going round in circles because they can't correct data that I told them was wrong... In the mean time you get patronising messages from them. I not even sure theres a human being giving the answers or if it's AI
