Very genuine customer service

Mark answered my call today regarding my account he was very polite and caring helped me go through the budgeting form. Mark was compassionate when my little one started to cry, I felt at ease talking to mark I am thankful that he was able to help.

5 gold stars from me. Nice friendly woman talked me through everything I gave my version of events to her and she listened to what I had to say about what I had to deal with and the anxiety it had caused me after the scam happened they said couldn't prove it was me or not and just kept adding interest and purchase interest putting the account into deeper debt. But after speaking to the lady today I feel something can be sorted and slightly relieved 😊

This firm wote to me demanding money

This firm wrote to me demanding money for debt that is nothing to do with me but belongs to someone with a similar name and date of birth.
I spoke to the operator at there call center who was no help at all.
And when I told him I was on the verge of suicide.
He hung up.

One of the best

One of the best, if not the best, companies in the UK that I have come across. From start to finish, their customer service has been outstanding, providing full guidance and support in paying off any outstanding balances or debts. I cannot speak highly enough of OPOS.
