Second order for an office chair and as with the first, the order arrived promptly, well packed and complete. Chair was easy to assemble and has proved very comfortable.

We have used them on a couple of occasions, for the purchase of 100 chairs and a storage cabinet. On both occasions the goods were delivered on the predicted dates by very helpful carriers. In the case of the chairs a small flaw in one of the seat fabrics was swiftly dealt with and a replacement sent. No hesitation in using them again.

Great product at a competitive price and free delivery which is great. The only disappointing part of the process is communication. I contacted them asking if they could give an approximate delivery date and was told as stated on the website 10 to 15 working days. The table turned up this morning without any delivery notification and was only by chance that someone was at home before leaving for work.

We were looking for some replacement chairs for our coffee shop. We chose some from the more affordable end of the range but when they arrived they looked very sturdy and capable of standing up to the hard life that they will inevitably get. They are also very comfortable. Communications with the sales staff were also very good.

Excellent customer service from Adam throughout. When we bought a bookcase that would be big enough to hold our A4 box files the one we originally selected was no longer available. Adam emailed to suggest other alternatives, one of those we ended up buying and the change in our order was processed the same day.
