Great company
Great company, Great products - well priced but more importantly, great advice. Kev in particular has been very helpful in guiding me (having bought a house with an indoor pool with no idea how to manage it) through the intricacies of water management. Plenty of pool 'expert companies' out there, but boy do hey know how to charge. As they say, in the land of the blind, 'the one eyed man is king' - OPC have provided me with a pair of glasses for both eyes!!

Quality wasn’t as good as last time
Quality wasn’t as good as last time, granules aren’t as soluble. Seem to be using them quicker too despite reduced pool use.
Service was good. Price wasn’t as competitive as last time.
