David, the insurance wizard.
Insurance is necessary but not the most fun. Unless David Bamford is your Commercial Account Manager. David went above and beyond to make sure we were on time with payments and understood the coverage. He had to troubleshoot a change in location due to a sale of the property. He stuck with us though closing day. He is no longer our "insurance guy". He's our friend. Thank you for everything, David.

Be careful dealing with this company
Be careful dealing with this company. Slow to respond, and then more important not supportive with a broken windscreen claim, where they are trying to get out of paying for the repair, resorting to 'small print' in their terms and conditions.

As a new clover, the process of getting home/building insurance was very smooth. My agent was knowledgeable and explained everything to me step by step. He was also very courteous and patient. My documents are well laid out in the online portal.

It was a nice surprise
It was a very helpful and polite gentleman who dealt with the renewal of my house insurance, and he gave me a big, very welcome surprise with the cost of my insurance for this year. Not many things come down in price these days. So, as far as I’m concerned this is a great company to deal with.

Stepped in when larges organisations just wouldnt
Previously used One on one of our own properties when we had a less than positive experience with another organisation. They were friendly, helpful and just really people not some amorphous large company with little real understanding of the customer. So when my parents property came up for renewal and their large organisation let them down we again turned to One - if its the same positive experience then you have to believe the culture to customers is just embedded - well done to the whole team

Could do better…
I tried to renew online via the account portal and it wouldn’t work despite being told it would. I also had numerous calls from different agents who didn’t know I’d already been called!
