Worst experience
I booked an 8-seater car with OneClickDrive one month in advance in Marrakech for a family trip. The car was supposed to be delivered on 26th December 2025, but at the last moment we were informed that the vehicle had been in an accident the previous evening.
As a backup, the company assured us they would arrange two cars with drivers at 3:00 AM, as we were travelling early morning from Marrakech to Merzouga with three families and kids.
At 3:00 AM, all of us were waiting at the hotel reception with our families. No one turned up. We kept waiting until 5:00 AM, after which we had no option but to return to our rooms, completely exhausting and frustrating everyone involved.
When we called the company the next morning, we were told that someone had mistakenly entered 3:00 PM instead of 3:00 AM in their system. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially for a pre-planned, early-morning desert trip.
To make matters worse, we were then informed that they would arrange two cars, but only one would have a driver and we would need to drive the other ourselves, which was never agreed upon.
There was no professionalism, no accountability, and no sincere apology for completely ruining our Sahara desert travel plans.
Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend OneClickDrive car rental. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience for our families
