A bath tub with the wow factor! I am so pleased we came across this company online & are absolutely delighted with our spa-like room that this purchase has created. The depth of the bath is amazing. A proper soaking experience. Purchasing was easy with all questions answered very quickly (even out of hours) on wattsapp. It was delivered in perfect condition on the day of our choice. Smooth transaction & an even better end result than we imagined. Very happy 😊

USA Omnitub
We live in Minnesota and our tub arrived promptly and safely! Ollie answered all of our questions and we could not be happier with our purchase. I would definitely recommend omnitub to other buyers in the USA if you're looking for an extra deep tub that just doesn't exist to buy domestically.

I wish I could read reviews before purchasing a bathtub and a panel!!!! Paid £1220. My bathroom refurbishment took longer than planned. Now they can't accept a panel return cause I went a few days later!!!!! Avoid this stupid company with a horrible manager!!!!! I am stuck with the panel in my living room and have to pay 225 for it !!!!!!!! AVOID

This is a out of order. I'll explain why.
The Returns Policy is listed on every page on the website. It's also listed on the checkout.
14 days to raise a return is common when ordering palleted items, expecially for the bathroom sector.
The request was raised ourside of the 14 day period.
One of the main reasons for having 14 days to raise a return is to ensure goods are checked within 48 hours of receiving a delivery for damages.
Depending on your interpretitation of a few days... You left is over 100% outside of our returns period to raise a return. So whilst I am not concluding what 'a few days' means, you're over 100% outside of the returns period.
I was not horrible on the phone. All our calls are recorded and I am happy to paste a link to the call you made after you emailed and asked me if you could return the item which was over 100% outside of the returns period to which I explained I could not onto this review thread. The link to the call will provide the most clarity on who could be classed as 'horrible' on the phone, either you or me. But I highly doubt you will consent to me sharing the link to the call. If you do. Change your review to accept it and I will post it after recording your cosent.
Just to clarify also one final point. Your original email asked if you could return the panel as you just don't need it and described it as being in not used condition.
Now after I said we couldn't accept it and then your phone call and now your 1 star review, you have asked me to replace the panel due to noticing a scratch on the panel.
Anyone reading this can see what's going on here.
I am not replying to your email. I will reply to you on here. In the open, because 1 star reviews get attention and customers considering a purchase read them and I want people to know I generally do care about our customers and that I try really hard to make Omnitub work and succeed. I will not tolerate customers like you throwing out a 1 star review for no reason whatsoever but for the fact that I am not able (like, literally not able) to break a returns policy which is stated on every page on our website).
One final thing. You can read reviews before purchasing a bathtub and a panel. It's called Trustpilot and you're on it. This page doesn't magically appear after purchase. It's public.
Fortunately for me our customer service does come across as positive and far outweighs minor issues like this where we receive a 1 star review for doing literally nothing wrong.
We purchased an Omnitub about 1 years…
We purchased an Omnitub about 1 year ago and it is the best purchase I have ever made. We have the Omnitub duo and I had a bath board specially made to fit my wine glass (where I am currently writing this review) If we ever move the first thing I would do is have the bathroom done with an Omnitub.
I remember when it was delivered it was sat in my living room for a couple weeks and the kids used it as a den. It’s huge!!!!
We also put the hamster in it from time to time for a run and he loves it just as much as we do.
Anyway, from a very tipsy and happy customer, buy the Omnitub if your getting a bathroom installed.

Rang and asked for help but they were not very clear re fitting of bath sides. Very dismissive and said people got them fitted by a professional. Maybe because I’m a woman?!

Hey there, thanks for taking the time to write a review. In regards to the instructions over the phone, they were to refer to the panels document on the website which is found under downloads in the main navigation on the website. Here is explains how panels are fitted. This was explained after it was explained in words over the phone. Downloads - Choosing Your Panel.
Regarding the fitting of the panel being carried out by a professional, this again reiterates what is stated on the website.
I have no idea where the presumption of gender comes from. We have many reviews from customers who are woman and have never had a comment like this before.

Super helpful customer service
Super helpful customer service, lots of support with purchasing and me needing to delay delivery times, and very understanding when I needed to change it for a different sized bath! It's now installed and we LOVE it - so much space saved in our cosy bathroom when we couldn't do away with a bath completely.

I was so expecting to give a 5 star. The tub itself brilliant, the pre-sales service excellent, the post sales pretty dismal. I requested the return of same condition purchased overflow and pop-up waste. The returns period had passed - my error due to personal circumstances. I got one reply to three messages and emails saying sorry no. While I get the returns period was my error, refusing to accept a £125 overflow and lack of comms, against a £1000 tub is in stark contrast to pre-sales experience and makes it hard to recommend overall.
In response to the reply below: The 'dismal' was in response to the fact that I followed up with further whatsapp messages and email with no reply. I was appealing to some common good will bearing in mind I'd spend nigh on £1k with you. Id have been happy to pay a restock fee, knowing Id missed the return date (NB I am not quibbling the statutory returns period). From my side it was a mistake amongst a busy time but just thought (as a manager of two businesses myself) a little good will goes a long way and positive personal recommendations and a frustrated customer brings about time spent on Trustpilot responses.
That all said my delight at the product itself and pre-sales, sales remains.

Thanks for explaining the tub's a 5 star product and the pre-sales service is excellent. In regards to post sales though it's not a post sale issue you're frustrated about.
Just to clarify a side note here it was a Saturday in which you raised this issue on WhatsApp with me personally and I replied in the same minute, 18:52. Same minute response on a Saturday evening and it's "pretty dismal".
So to further clarify it's not the post sales service you're unhappy with it's the fact that I wouldn't accept a return for a waste item which is outside of the confirmed returns time.
Now we've clarified this in the reply I am sorry you feel that the returns policy wasn't flexible for you on this occasion.
You were closer to 30 days than 14 (Delivery Date 19th April vs Request for Return 15th May).
In regards to only receiving one reply from your three attempts to us. I replied to the first request, on a Saturday, at 1852 on WhatsApp. Your further attempt(s) were asking the same question to your original one which was answered except for the addition of a threat of a negative review which as you can see..........
I fail to see on a personal note that because we've delivered on exactly what we said we would do as a business in regards to product, quality, delivery, service that you feel it appropriate to leave a 2 star review on our TrustPilot because in a nutshell - you didn't get your own way.
That's what this is a review about and fortunately other customers will read this review and my reply and will see transparantly that we do delivery a great service and manufacture a great product but simply raise a return within the returns period in the event that you need to do so.

Pure bliss!
Our Omnitub was installed about 2 months ago and we absolutely love it! We chose an Omnitub Duo Max and even in our tiny bathroom it fits perfectly and actually makes the bathroom look bigger!
I had been following Omnitub for a few years and was yearning for a deep soaking bath. I loved the fact that the tubs are British made and there is a huge choice of sizes, something for everyone. I am so glad we went ahead with it.
Soaking in the bath is pure bliss and is great even for small spaces. It feels so luxurious to recharge and warm aching bones and muscles in a really deep tub.
If you are looking for a great deep soak bathing experience, definitely choose an Omnitub!

Love our Omnitub
Wanted a spa bath to go in our new barn conversion and found Omnitub quite local to us - loved that they were based on Japanese designs but handmade locally in Uk. Ollie was very helpful in showing us the various options and helping us create a unique tub. We chose a grey tub with black fittings and it looks fab with our colour scheme. Delivery was speedy and they held for us until we were ready to install. Ollie very helpful with queries. Generally use in colder months when too cold to go to hot tub and it is so relaxing

Ollie was fantastic from start to finish. Very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The only slight let down was the delivery. This was attempted and failed twice. That being said, it's not Omnitub's fault. The courier didn't check unloading procedures with our company.

Incredible customer service
The bath itself is a piece of art. It's much better than I expected from a fibreglass bath. My bathroom fitter was quite impressed with it too, and that man has seen more than his fair share!
More impressive than the bath though is the customer service. There was something missing from our order and when I rang up to make enquiries the helpful guy on the phone confirmed it before I could tell him. He then made sure it got sent out that same day and I called up way past moon.

Bought a nice deep bath.
Very easy to deal with. Loads of info on the website to help you make informed choices.
They made alterations to the bath for me that is built like a tank and everything came well packaged.
Recommend and not a great deal more cost than a quality standard side bath.
