I had a situation with the IRS that accrued over several years. I was approached by Omni and everyone i talked to was very professional. They listened to my sob stories. Chris Mansfield at the Florida office was very patient in working up programs and alternate arrangements for me, despite fact that i broke my promises to him several times. I was going through a lot of turmoil during the period of time Chris worked on my case. I eventually held up my end of the negotiations, and completed payments. Chris was very patient, and professionally let me know in cold hard facts where i stood. He was not able to get me a significant reduction in what i owed the IRS, however he did negotiate a lesser monthly payment than I could have done. I am very satisfied with the work he and his staff did for me.

Janet Mould at Omni was great! I owed the IRS about $63,000 in taxes and penalties, but wasn't eligible for an "Offer in Compromise" due to assets I was having trouble liquidating. Another company had previously charged me twice as much as Omni, but had only managed to get an IRS payment plan arranged for me. Janet came along and immediately negotiated away $12,937 in IRS penalties, and that helped a lot. She was also easy to reach by phone, text, or email anytime I had a question, and that made me feel a lot better.
