Initially the goal OMNI and I tried to achieve was to eliminate completely the money I owed the IRS. Because of some complicated issues we were not able to accomplish our initial goal but the good news is that OMNI was able to classify me as “un-collectible”. This was a life saver. I am free of the worry that was always renting space in the back of my head. So happy with how all turned out. Truly thanks to Lilla. She really cares and treated me as a person. I'll start by saying my tax issues didn't happen overnight and didn't go away overnight due to the complexity of my case. I remember my very first conversation with Carmine getting everything started. I was assigned a team that started on my case right away. It was a long road. Stacy Gill has been wonderful in guiding us and teaching how us to deal with our tax issues. As a business person, I was too busy to take the time to make sure my federal tax payments were made in a timely manner. Each year I would get further and further behind until it began to snowball into an overwhelming mountain of back taxes with interest and penalties. Omni was very professional and compassionate to our situation. They saved us over $500,000 in federal income tax with settlement they were able to obtain for us.

I have to say that my experience with Omni, Stacy, Bianca and Pat was exceptional. I can say this with confidence as this was the 2nd "specialist" that I hired for this IRS issue. The other company was vague about what exactly they would handle and often said that certain issues were not covered under their contract. I found Stacy's team to be quite the opposite and very transparent. Going through such an experience like the IRS can leave one feeling quite lost and vulnerable. I was seemingly taken advantage of by the other "specialist" so I was very apprehensive even with the friend's reference. OMNI was exactly the right choice. I owed money to the IRS and after receiving a call from Omni I decided to go ahead and hire them to negotiate a payment plan with them.
The whole process took about 4 months to complete and a payment plan that I could work with was agreed upon.
Omni handled all the paperwork and the negotiation on my behalf. They did what they were supposed to do and I am satisfied with their services.

In all honesty, I was pretty dubious at first because it seemed like a lot money to pay when I already owed the IRS so much, but it was 100% worth it. LaQuanna and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They stopped all collection actions by the IRS and stayed on top of me to make sure I met all deadlines throughout the offer process. My offer was accepted and I am paying less than 5% of the back taxes and fees that I owed. I cannot recommend Omni (and especially LaQuanna) highly enough.
