Even though I wasn't able to receive assistance, they made the process very easy. I was constantly kept in the loop. The professionalism was awesome.

I had a tax problem where I was at whits end and even though I hand be swindle prior I contacted Omni I spoke to a gentleman name Clayton Davis and gave him my options instead of charging me and getting money for something I did not know ,he told me where and what to do. Because I was so closed to being done he said why charge you, you already have more than half of it let show. They're very few people left like Mr.Davis and Omni Tax

My tax problem was NC State tax. Omni Tax took $2000.00 of my money and did nothing I paid them in March 2022 Omni Tax assisted my situation and I apologize for sending the last review. They are doing an excellent job. Thank you

This company calls me telling me I have a tax lien, then and EDD lien and then a personal tax lien, ALL OF WHICH WAS BS. They had the name of my old company wrong and had this mixed up with someone else the sale guy RYAN was stumbling all over him self and kept changing his story from business to personal. Best part is they illegally tele marketed my number which is a personal line not a business and I never requested contact from Omni Tax. I now have a case for Illegal telemarketing which violates DNC and TCPA and some state laws in CA which I will be exploring and filing with the FTC later today.

I am so grateful to Omni Tax Help! I honestly don’t know where we would be today without them. Within 2 days of signing up for their assistance, Mary-Hannah, was able to get our levy lifted and partial release of monies so we could survive. I had to complete some very important things but as long as I provided the documents they needed, they delivered on their side. Our situation started with a letter from IRS stating they were going to Levy our business accounts, this was terrifying for us and I started to have a full blown panic attack. I did an online search and contacted another tax help company in May of 2022, and paid the initial investigation fee. Was told they needed a month to complete. Well, 2 months later, no word back and the levy was initiated by IRS and the tax associate wasn’t answering my calls or emails. Finally, they did respond and set up an appointment for resolution. Then, what I truly feel was “Devine intervention” because the exact day that the other company was supposed to discuss what they found in their investigation, we got a random call from Omni Tax Help out of Vero Beach, Florida. I’m not gonna lie, I was very skeptical at first but my husband insisted. I spoke with Carmine for over an hour, and he was caring compassionate, and knowledgeable. He reassured us that they could help us with our critical situation. From the beginning, Carmine, made us feel protected and that anytime we needed anything we could call him day or night. To Mary-Hannah, your are the best at what you do and I cannot thank you enough for getting us in compliance so quickly. Your assistant, Brianna, is so sweet kind and very helpful. Also, thank you for recommending all the wonderful people at EZ Tax that helped us with filing our missing tax returns. To Everyone that helped us along the way, we are eternally grateful. We are still working on the payment agreement. If you are going through something similar please do not feel skeptical of them calling you because I am proof that they are legit and amazing at what they do. I now have hope for the future.

Omni Tax Help was a god sent with my first time issue with the IRS. They helped me file an Offer and Compromise and I received a reasonable offer. I feel like I got a new chance on life, as it was a huge burden to owe the IRS. I’m thankful I took the chance and wasn't disappointed with their professionalism and service. I wanted to share my experience with Omni Tax. Pretty much is similar then all the other negative reviews. I read the all the reviews before signed up with them. When i asked the representative about why people are saying bad things about the company she said it’s the competition who are writing them. After reading the contract i should have listen to my gut and not to sign it. Basically it says they will file to the IRS but no guarantees. When i asked them about they were saying they are expert and they confident they can reduce my tax liability for the $2500. They filed the paperwork and they told me for another $2000 they will continue when we get a respond. Of course i called them and I threw it to their face but did not change the situation. I’ve got the respond from the IRS, they declined the request. I did get nothing for the $2500. Everyone who hires them needs to be aware of that the fee they offer is an initial fee. There is no guarantee for a successful service and or fee.

After meeting with Brett I felt a great relief that he understood my situation and I could finally resolve the stressful issues I was having with the IRS. Be very careful with dealing with this company. Omni Contacted me saying they could solve my text problems we agree on $2500 to get everything settled. They came back later and said the IRS had settle for a good amount I will be please but it will be additional $4500 in order to get everything taken care of. In the beginning they said $2500 will fix the problem and I won’t have to pay them no more money clearly that was a lie.I wish it was any kind of way that I can sue them or bring up a class action lawsuit against this company for baiting people in and charging them more money. Don’t trust them. That wasn’t the agreement period. When Omni tax help call me the agreement was $2,500 to settle my debt with the IRS for pennies on the dollar, you guys words now your telling me it will cost me 7k with you guys to get the IRS to knock off 9k? Those numbers don’t add up just doesn’t make sense. You guys lied point blank

Ommi Tax Help solved my tax problem. Professional staff and good communicators.

I am extremely satisfied with Omni Tax Help. They have helped me in so many ways. Allowing me to communicate with the IRS in a clear, knowledgeable form. They put a payment plan in place, help me set up a auto pay and when their was a glitch on IRS computers they helped me get my payment through. When I've needed transcripts they have been on point and helped me retrieve all the information I needed. They are always a phone call away when I have questions. Erin and Michelle are so professional so on point and have actually helped our Small Business have a secure and solid rationship with the IRS. I can sleep at night without all the worries over our taxes, payments, and addendums.

I never write bad reviews, so consider this more of a public service announcement. I want to help others who might consider using this service announcement,

I am taking my time writing this review in hopes I can help others. Be careful with them

I'm sure they must help some people, but my experience was not good.

I was contacted by Omni Tax Help and they made an initial offer to help with my situation for around $2500, I declined and later I was contacted again with an offer of around $1700 to take on my case.

Everything started out great, Great communication and they were very encouraging that I would see some significant savings having penalties and interests charges removed.

When all the paperwork was done I was told to wait about 90 days because that was the time frame for the IRS to make a decision on my case.

Around the 90 day mark I received a email from Omni tax Help explaining that they would require an additional $3500 to continue with my case, I honestly thought this was a mistake and contacted them. No mistake. They told me because of the complexity of my case it would require more resources and a flat fee of $3500 would be required.

They knew ALL details about my case before they began and made the initial offer.

I called the IRS myself and presued the matter, I later received a letter from the IRS saying my that my case for interest and penalty reduction was denied.

I thought I would take a chance and see if Omni could help me when they made the $1700 offer. Once they asked for an additional $3500 (over twice the original proposal in addition to already paying $1700) I believe they were going to just keep dragging this out more and more and taking me for whatever they could get. I decided to cut my losses. Basically I was out $1700 and had 0 savings on my tax liability

They were so nice and friendly in the beginning as soon as I told them I would not pay any additional money attitudes changed.

In closing, if you do decide to use their services, Be overly careful. Get EVERYTHING in writing ,No matter how small you might think the details are, Ask if you can record all conversations. I actually have my calls recorded but they had expired from my phone systems since so much time elapsed.

Ask for a clear proposal upfront will ALL fees and what to expect if there are any overages. I was told that 90% of the time they could complete the work for the initial proposal amount, however this was verbal and there is no records of this conversation.

If it is not in writing then it never happened. If they start out asking for a small amount and then want more and more money,

Mr. Davis made all the right recommendations! I was able to figure out the proper direction to take to handle my IRS issue.

I had a large debt with the IRS and that kept me in constant stress, I contacted other people to help me and they sent an offer in compromise to the IRS but the offer was rejected and they told me that nothing more could be done. Fortunately Omni Tax Help contact me and they explained me that I had an opportunity, so I tried again but now with the Omni Tax Help team and they sent an offer in compromise that was also rejected, but they tried again with an offer greater than the previous one and the IRS approved it! It should be noted that the Omni Tax Help team especially Lila Sandgren and Valerie Rawls always kept me informed of everything that happened and whenever I had a question they responded in a friendly, professional and prompt manner. Of my total debt to the IRS now I will only pay 20% of that and I will be free of any lock and lien that I already had, and all this was possible thanks to the Omni Tax Help team, I am very glad to them. I can assure you that they are the right ones, they strive to obtain a positive results for you.
