I still have not received my order from 3/11/26! 10 days today! This is unacceptable- supposed to be sitting in a warehouse due to exceptions! However, we’ve had (3) other deliveries via FED ex as well as Amazon during this time! I understand it’s frozen but if it arrives thawed out, you will be giving me twice the credit! I will never order from Omaha Steaks again if they continue to use UPS!

The delivery was as promised and sales person was top notch.
But the steaks were not up to pair.
As a former butcher in a PRIME SHOP I expected very tender filet mignon, not chewy . Cooked medium rare.
At 77 years old and a Army veteran
(69-71) . I'm a little more experienced in cuts of meat. I know all to well you can't always promise the way meat will cook, but these filet mignon did NOT even come close to be tender.

I basically order the Filet Mignon steaks which are very good. I had one order of steaks that were not satisfactory and received credit for same. the franks, kielbasa are excellent and the hanger steaks I use for so many recipes. Delivery is great. Customer service is fantastic. Prices are a little high but worth it. Will definitely keep ordering. Thx

Shipments are never late and products are always frozen with dry ice. The quality of the meat is superb!

I do understand business aspects. But the way I see it is that most companies follow the same pattern: the customer is not as important as what they tell the companies. As far as their policies are. It is not the customer service; they are awesome, they understand the customer experience, but it is the company as a whole. What I mean is, I have been telling your customer service associate that UPS here in Yuma, Arizona, isn't very good with deliveries. They deliver when they want, and their customer service is very poor; they cannot deliver on time, especially when it is set to a Pacific time frame. I do understand that this company has deals with various delivery companies and cannot use different companies to deliver your products. Still, if the company handling the deliveries is not maintaining proper delivery standards, you should look to change those companies and make them fight for the business. And let the customer pick the delivery service they know is better in their area. That was the way it was in the 80s through the mid-90s, and then it moved to what the company alone chooses for the customer, and I think this is very bad for business. Because most businesses only see what is on paper, not what is actually happening, I know that what is on paper reflects what customers actually experience. And. Most people who want your products will pay extra for shipping, especially if it is delivered through a great delivery service in their area, and the customer knows which delivery companies are better. I do like your products, but unless you create a change in delivery in this area, move away from using UPS, and allow me to pick the delivery service I would like to use, like FedEx. The reason I like FIt edEx is that if I'm in the area, I can pick up the item from the facility, and its customer service is more willing to work with customers than UPS. With UPS here, whenever you call customer service, you feel like you are bothering them because their attitude doesn't meet customer service standards. Their attitude is very rude and unpleasant. If you want to expand this company, you should let customers choose the delivery service they want.
This is my take on the service.
