Great value, and new shipping process very quick

Good product, and great service will use again .

Ordering and delivery has never been a hassle. Very simple and no problems. I think there was only once where there was a significant amount of products out of stock.

Generally deals are good, and more often than not are the products I look to buy.

Excellent quality and service

Been using you guys for a few years now and have loved it.

Cheapest protein on the market. I'm told it's soya protein which is why it is so cheap. I'm not fussed, protein is protein in my opinion.

Getting rid of your delivery charge or at least on large orders was a great idea. I think in this day and age shipping charges are pointless and can sometimes deter customers from buying.

From the flavours I've tried (strawberry, chocolate, cookies and cream, mint choc chip) they're all fantastic so well done there.

An issue I've had is as follows:

I probably purchase from your site 2 to 3 times a year. I will do a bundle if I can as I always want to grab a bargain but a lot of the times that I have been online, there have been quite a few items out of stock. I don't know if that's because the time that I buy is popular or you just don't want to hold or buy stock unless you absolutely have to. Either way I reckon you might squeeze a bit more business out of me if products are stocked regularly and this could be the same for other customers too.

An idea for the future:

An obvious one is expand the product range however, like your protein being the cheapest around (to my knowledge), if you expand into protein foods like myprotein has done, if you can find a way to do it for cheaper you'll be able to gain great market share. I used to shop with my protein but it's too expensive compared to your protein. Their protein foods are ridiculously expensive compared to regular foods so if you can find a way to make protein foods cheap in the future, I reckon you'll do well.

Bit of a log review but yeah, love your stuff and keep doing what you're doing.

I've had to try bedrock now that ascent whey is no longer available and honestly they couldn't be further apart in terms of quality of product. Ascent whey I thought was a fantastic protein but after being forced to use bedrock I will no longer be using Olympus nutrition, it doesn't mix well, is far too thick and the vanilla flavour is no where near the taste that ascent has. I've had 3 shakes and binned it I'm afraid to say
