Been with domestic and general for a few years now and over the years Ologic has to be one of the best. From the time your device leaves your property you can track every process of your device until its fixed and they always send a little back of sweets for my daughter.

Best repair experience ever!
Very smooth experience with by Gary and Ryan for repairing my headphones within 3 days and sending it back after repair within the week. Process to claim very easy. Clear communication via app. Positive and personal tailored experience. Safely packaged and returned in original box. Issue totally resolved. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Service and Outstanding Customer Care
I was very impressed with how fast and efficient the entire process was, as well as the excellent communication throughout.
My laptop was replaced with a brand-new one, and both Ryan, the repair technician, and Gary, the test engineer, were extremely professional, attentive, and intentional in ensuring everything was done properly.
They took the time to make sure the new laptop was fully set up, tested, and ready for me to use. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
I was also pleasantly surprised to receive an extra cable, along with a small sweet treat. These thoughtful touches really made a difference and showed genuine care for the customer experience.
Overall, I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service I received. A big thank you to Ryan and Gary for their professionalism, excellent customer service, and attention to detail. They are a great reflection of the team, and I truly appreciate their efforts.

Great service from Ologic! My sons water bottle unfortunately leaked all over his school bag (3 days into the new term) and saturated his laptop in the process!! Absolute nightmare, but Ologic collected the laptop promptly, and managed to repair the laptop within around a week! I have had previous companies take far longer so was really impressed with the service. Big thank you to Matt & Gary who carried out the repairs, they fixed the laptop and returned back with a lovely note and some sweets! Such a nice touch, would highly recommend!

Fantastic Service
I sent in my Lenovo LOQ laptop for repair under warranty claim, and had some issues along the way with the claim process as well as collection and delivery, however, Ologic was always there to help over the phone or by email, very friendly and quick to fix any issues.
This laptop had to be shipped over seas and upon receiving it I was very impressed at how secured and well packaged everything was. The repair note identified the issue and the laptop is now running smoothly thus far.
I want to give a big thanks to Alex and Gary for working on the laptop and anyone else who I may have spoken to on the phone and I appreciate the free gifts included and the nice messages left on the repair note.
