The person I spoke with was very helpful and courteous. This will be my first order with Old Trading Post,and I am excited to see the quality and craftsmanship from them.

I placed an order for deerskin gloves on 5/25/23 - the price beat every other site I had looked at. I followed up the following week to ask when they would be shipped and John was very responsive. He said they didn't have the gloves I ordered in stock, so he upgraded me to a more expensive pair that was in stock, free of charge. Gloves were received on 6/5. Would order from Old Trading Post again in a heartbeat.

They had what I wanted at a fair price (good value) and the web site and payment process were easy to navigate.

Do not buy this holster!
1. Over 4 months to ship.
2. For 2 identical pistols -one I can barely force in, the other one will not seat.
3. Straps on upside down. When I loosened the screw to adjust, the snap fell off. It appears the screw heads were too large so they were ground off and too much was filed off this one.

Wait was long and shoddy work.

The Trading Post offered a refund or a do-over. I should have taken the refund.
After another long wait, 2nd holster was a great fit for both guns but the snaps were very weak, insecure. I removed those snaps and replaced them with Chicago Screws!

It is a shame, 2 tries and I still had to repair the holster.

Hi, I wanted to order a holster as it was pictured on your site however I was required to fill out one of your drop down menus and it did not list the carving as pictured. I’m talking about the holster presented by El Paso Saddlery. I believe it was a Cheyenne style.

Everything went smoothly with my order. Easy to order and customer service was great.

They have a great selection of authentic western wear. And when I ordered my gunslinger jacket in gray, I got a call call from someone at the store within minutes to inform me that the gray was out of stock but the same jacket in brown was available. I switched to brown and it was put in the mail the next day. The personal care and effort that was given to making sure I got the jacket I wanted quickly and the friendliness of the employees goes far beyond what most stores would ever consider doing. I’ll definitely be shopping from here again.
