OK To Travel Recensioni 

I had an issue while I was abroad getting a MEDIF form completed. OK to Travel were amazing and got everything sorted for me so I was able to fly home - quickly and efficiently - where as my travel reps were just telling me I wouldn’t be able to get home! I am very grateful to them and they are now the only travel insurance company I will use in future, and recommend for anyone with medical conditions.

Insurance company that is seriously incompetent its conserning!!

Good luck trying to find one member of this insurance company that knows their departments and can successfully transfer you through to them.

If you are successful then expect to wait st least 35 mins from position one in the queue to get through to them. When providing your details they miraculously can't hear you on a good signal connection. But could hear you perfectly fine when they answer the phone to you.

They provide you with a link to submit a claim to the wrong insurance company! (Screenshot evedence to prove this) and when you inform them that this has been the case. Instead of an apology. You get a follow up email with another link to another form to fill out. Potential data breach! Later you find that you get a call saying they have pulled the information from the original form to the new form and ask more questions that are irrelevant to the claim itself.

Deeply concerned and not worth trusting.

AVOID any company that uses GR Response as claims company. GR Response have atrocious reviews and any company that uses them should be avoided. You can source GR Response reviews through Trustpilot.

OK To Travel are insured by different insurance companies so if you want to make a claim you will be dealing with different companies. If you are insured by EUROINS AD, a Bulgarian company you will encounter a third party named GR Response who have an appalling reputation and if you look on the internet, you shall see reviews with the lowest rating of 1 and comments that scare away a rabid wild dog. Avoid. OK To Travel are merely a front company insured by different companies. Beware.

Not taken the policy yet but have their quote. Now I read all the glowing reviews about how easy it is to take out a policy... BUT then read those that tell of trying to make a claim.....dreadful! As claiming is the end game it makes one think! One does not want to have to claim ... but if you do it looks like you get the run-around if you do. Doubt I will buy their policy.

Although we didn’t get away due to issues with our holiday destination, I can say that it was easy to arrange our insurance which involved pre-existing conditions on top of the COVID-19 Virus.

Even with the holiday being cancelled, I can confirm that I will be using OK to Travel for our future requirements.

Quick and easy to do wanted a yearly insurance never thought about checking whether I was covered for covid 19, so I phoned to check I was not so changed the cover again easy to do do thank you looking forward to my next holiday in july .

Ease of booking and very good value for our circumstances. Obviously hope we don’t need to claim but I’m sure from our experience so far there would be no problems.

My application went very well and without fuss. What more needs to be said.

Purchasing my insurance was fine but I’m getting a lot of unwanted emails/offers from related or referred associates. It’s impossible to unsubscribe from these because after clicking in “unsubscribe” I get diverted to other web sites with other unwanted offers.
Can you please address this issue ?

I found the website straightforward to navigate and to complete the questionnaire.
Whilst it wasn't the cheapest holiday insurance on offer, it does look a very comprehensive and attractive package.
4 stars awarded because although one hopes never to have to use it, that's when you discover good the company really is.

OK to Travel were efficient and helpful and the right sort of price. Basically did the job very well so 5 stars.

Easy quick phone call arranged all the cover we needed.
