At first I wasn’t sure if this was a scam or not because I couldn’t contact anyone and lots of ads on the internet are scams BUT CELESTINE IS NOT A SCAM. I just received my shampoo and very anxious to try it out.

Ces produits viennent de la Chine. Et ils refusent de rembourser. J’ai essayé d’annuler ma commande dans les 24h et on a refusé. Je veux un remboursement et on me refuse et ensuite on m’ignore. On m’offre 30% du prix car il paraît que je dois retourner les produits en Chine et malgré cela on refuse. Amélie du service à la clientèle répond quand ça lui chante et ignore quand ça ne fait plus son affaire et pourtant il y a une adresse à Brossard.
Bref ne faites pas confiance. Ce ne sont pas des produits Québécois du tout!

Ce n'est que du pur Marketing. Je l'ai essayé depuis maintenant plus de 7 semaines et vraiment, mais vraiement aucun changement. Il te mentionne de continuer à l'essayer mais en agissant ainsi ton produit ne vient plus valide pour la garantie de remboursement, et ça il ne te le disent pas. Je n'ai pas encore retourné les bouteilles qui me restent, mais j'ai bien hâte de voir la facilité avec laquelle le remboursement se fera.

On their website they say that the shampoo is sulfate free but the second ingredient is sulfates. They pass their product off as being from Quebec but their product is from China. Their website says satisfaction guarantee or a full refund but they make you send the product back to their warehouse in China and tell you that it will end up costing more than what you'll get for the product so that they can give you 30% back without the need to send the product back.
The shampoo made my hair super dry. Also, the headquarters they have on their website is a UPS store. You can also find the exact same Chinese product on Amazon and Temu with the exact same bottle, format and ingredients but sold under other name brands for 50% less. Avoid!
