Ordered goods and received them 7 working days later, no problems at all. Good price, guess if you're desperate for goods 7 working days is a long time, but no problem for me.

Sent the wrong item and now not responding to emails or website contact form. Haven’t been able to get through on the phone yet but will keep trying.
They claim to have over 50 years experience - not sure how they’ve survived that long with such poor customer service.

Just writing a review because I saw all these poor reviews, decided to risk anyway, and had a good experience. Just purchased a fan kit and it was dispatched and arrived quickly. So figured I'd share that

The only downside is that I submited a product review for their website and I get a response saying "It has been sent to the store owner for approval.". I therefore don't have confidence that the product reviews will be legitimate if they are vetted for approval by the owner, but it's probably not enough to warrent losing a start in my review of the company

Avoid these people. Order never gets sent and getting in touch is not possible.

I purchased several items from this store via Amazon.

After a month of the item being installed it became burning hot. Our electrician removed and showed us that the inside was faulty hence why burning hot.

Unable to contact seller through Amazon. Unable to get replacement or refund hence writing a review

Three jobs done with satisfaction, I found them to be conscientious and very reasonable pricewise.

No Customer service what so ever. Rude and didn't care one bit. Next day service is non exsitent, I ordered on a friday so would expect worst case the ordered fulfilled on monday to send and get tuesday. It arrived on the thursday. When contacting to get refund very unreasonable and ended up being a rip off. It cost me money for a service I did not recieve, very much "computer says no" attitude. I will not ever use again.
