Honestly was blown away. Mollie was extremely pleasent and helped me out extremely with my order, could not have asked for a better call. As the title says, this should be the standard for service.

Ordering from Odin Tactical was a pleasure.
I couldn't believe how quickly I was sent a tracking number for my order after I placed it.
The item, a Garmin 801, arrived securely packaged and I am very happy with it.
When I tested the kill switch, I felt like Predator, when he self-destructs in the jungle 😄

I purchased a pair of Asolo Fugitive Gtx boots from ODIN Tactical last year and they have been fantastic boots for the hiking i do. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a good pair of boots. Excellent customer service very approachable and friendly 10/10 .

Ordered an item from Odin, which was smooth and efficient. Then realised I also needed another item shortly after. Phoned up and the lady reassured me the additional item could be added to the original parcel, thus saving on postage. All very super easy and efficient.

I ordered a S&S Presicion V-light from Odin Tactical in October. When the light was delivered it didn't work. At a price with shipping of over 70 euros, I expect a working light. When I contacted the company I received a succinct answer that the light worked before shipping. I was asked if the packaging was damaged. No, she wasn't. The light was packed in a hard plastic box so that it could not have turned on during transport. I received no response to my renewed cover letter. I then wrote to S&S presicion in the USA. I was informed that Odin Tactical had not been supplied for years. This shows me that the V light was overlaid and therefore not working. I find the company's behavior criminal because it's not worth just a few euros. Furthermore, it is not professional behavior. If the company were still subject to European law, I would start a legal dispute. For me it was the first and last time that I ordered something here. I can only advise against purchasing from this provider. A big shout out to Odin Tactical, they should be ashamed of treating customers like that.

I’m a new customer to ODIN Tactical. My initial purchase was for two items. I found the pricing very fair and competitive. I received items of high quality and I’m more than happy. Postage is fair, and dispatch was incredibly quick. Overall very impressed, and I will definitely be a returning customer.

I bought a pair of boots from Odin Tactical, specifying the usual size for my feet. Unfortunately they were too big, and had to return them. Customer services say I have to pay for the return, and pay for postage for a new pair of boots! The stupidity of this is, if I were to ask for a full refund, and buy a new pair, the postage would have been included in the price.

Amazing customer service. The customer service rep was incredibly helpful when I contacted them requesting an order cancellation. They responded to each of my emails within 30 minutes! Will definitely use them again in the future.

Had an issue with an item that wasn't their fault, they contacted the manufacturer and got a response from them. The manufacturer ended up correcting the issue. Odin have since squared me away and replaced the item, to which I'm grateful.
